We used Heide this past week for our yearly ski vacation to Vail! She watched my 18 month old son, Graham and they had the best time together! She took him twice to the Imagination Station and he loved it! She also kept us updated and sent along pictures while Graham was in her care. We had the best experience with Rocky Mountain Sitters! Heidi was an absolute pleasure to coordinate with and quickly found us Cathy to watch our 2.5 year old. Cathy was warm and caring to our child! She was flexible with our ski schedule and was responsive in our communications. Cathy was incredible with our child, playing games and doing local activities to keep her entertained. By the end of the week, our child didn’t want Cathy to leave!

Heidi was great! Me the wife + 10 month old baby were staying in the Grand Hyatt. Had a great time switching off skiing for a few days but wanted an entire day to ourselves. Heidi wad recommended to us by the hotel staff and I can see why. Very professional, communicative and engaging with our baby. Will definitely keep her in our contacts list next time we make a trip to Vail.

Heide was instantly warm with my daughter, who usually is reserved and takes time to warm up to a new sitter but my little one was so excited to play with Heide and she knew all the fun places to take the kids in the hotel. They went to the kids club had dinner, made s'mores. My husband and I were very relieved that my daughter didn’t have a tough time with us leaving. How do was great at communicating and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend her services for anybody with kids!

Heide was so quick to respond to help us fill our need last minute. She helped arrange everything and give ideas for the long, cold day inside for my 2 daughters (5yo and 3yo). Heide recommended sitter Manuela. She contacted us the night before to confirm and review plan. Showed up on time, ready to play! Manuela was very professional and fun! She had no problem getting my younger daughter to nap and getting the girls bundled up to go outside. We will be happy to use this service again!

Heide was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She watched our daughter for four afternoons and our daughter had a complete blast. It was so awesome to spend time with our two older boys and know that our daughter was in safe hands. We are returning in February and will be using Heidi again.
