We have had the privilege of having Michelle care for our two beloved dogs since 2018. She has always gone above and beyond to take the utmost of care for them. We trust her implicitly with their care. We trust her to stay at our home while we are away. Michelle is an outstanding communicator, and thorough in every way. Despite increasing needs with our dogs getting older, Michelle always pays attention to every detail of their care, and any nuances. She is very insightful with animals, and gives them a lot of love and attention with every visit. We are incredibly grateful to have Michelle and her services, and could not recommend her more highly.

We had used a number of services before moving to northern Colorado. Nobody comes close to the service Michelle and her team have provided to our family over the past 5+ years. ABOVE & BEYOND is an understatement. From walking our dogs to staying a week+ with our pets in our house and everything in between Michelle has our complete trust in confidence. So much, we book our vacations off her availability because we know our pets have it better with her than when we're home! I can't think of a better person for the job Michelle does!

We hired Rocky Mountain Pet Services to take care of our fur-baby Hanna, tend to our koi pond, and water several outdoor plants. We are more than pleased with the care and attention to detail that was given to every task. The line of communication was open and we received updates with pictures every day. If you are looking for an honest, caring pet service company that will step in and attend to your pet needs with passion & gusto, you will not be disappointed with Michelle and her team. They are Number One in my book!

Regrettably, we hired Rocky Mountain Pet Services to check in on our 2 cats while we were out of town. They were hired to water, feed, and change the litter, that's it. We came home to find that our hardwood floors were water-damaged because she decided that our plants needed watering, which is fine, but was not what they were hired to do. When we returned, we noticed a nearby plant had been overwatered heavily. We asked the owner Michelle if she had watered the plant, and she stated that she added one cup of water to the plant every day because it was dropping leaves. Although we appreciate the sentiment, she was not hired to water plants. Michelle claims on her website to have insurance and our wood floors are 100% warped. We have offered to have her back over to view the damage for herself, which she has denied. She originally offered to see the damage herself, but has now backed away - even though it's obvious. I am not sure why you have insurance if you don't plan on using it for instances like this. We are not mad, just concerned that our floors are damaged by someone who is not us, who we trusted to feed our cats.
