Staff is friendly and the groomer is excellent. Toby who is a rescue cat and can be a little difficult has been to Rock Creek Pet Spa twice. The groomer does a great job giving Toby a bath, deshedding and clipping his nails. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our kitty Koshka had some mats on her side and Takako was spectacular with her! She removed the mats, deshedded / brushed her, trimmed her nails and gave her a sanitary trim, all in 30 minutes. We returned to a beautiful, happy kitty. Highly recommend rock creek and Takako for your pet’s grooming needs!!

I first went on a Groupon in the summer for my Samoyed and mini xoloquintuli and the grooming for both was fine, not as good as a usual groom for a Samoyed but acceptable. We went to the groomer again just for the Samoyed when his winter coat was coming in, I got him back with shaved spots, rough fur and a horrendous cut. They had bathed the coat in and did not do a deshed and said he had Matts. But when going back to our regular groomer we both could tell they were ether lazy or did not actually know how to groom a dog like a Samoyed properly. Great for an easy dog groom but not recommended for more difficult grooms for fluffier dogs.
