Unable to get a hold of anybody for over a week, no one answers the phone. The phone system does not give you the options to get transfer to the pharmacy.

First off Adriana horrible with customer service. This lady was so rude that she scared my children from wanting ice cream. We waited for about 15 min to get ice cream. As she finally arrived she's mumbling something we can hear, so I say I'm sorry? She yells I said cup or cone! My children walked away scared and didn't want the ice cream cause how rude she acted. What type of customer service is it when you have your backed turned towards me asking cup or cone. Well ruined my kids night. Grinch.
Won't be good when corporate here's about this.

If you don't have insurance and were planning on paying out-of-pocket for your meds, choose a different pharmacy.

Rite Aid will only give you your prescription if you have insurance. Definitely switching back to Walmart.

Don't get your prescription at Rite Aid they have no knowledge on their items the are sold over the counter and they ask for a prescription where they sale over the counter everywhere else. I told the females supervisor that the item sales over the counter at Walmart so she said unprofessionally go get it at Walmart. As of today I am changing pharmacies to Walmart as they are more knowledgeable.

When here today and the little Hispanic woman was so helpful she absolutely beautiful her jeans fit just right I told her I love her pants she said omg they are like thin as paper and laughed she knew what she was doing sheesh

Ride aide sucks especially the pharmacy. Would give no stars. My Dr sent them my perscription through fax at 12 pm I went to pick it up at 4pm and they didn't even start to fulfill it. the people there do not care for their jobs and have no customer service.

Worst pharmacy in imperial valley. Seems to be a requirement be rude and have a awful customer service to be an employee on this pharmacy. All of them very rude, very slow and nobody cares about your concern. I moved to valley medical pharmacy in Brawley and im very happy there. Nothing to do with this horrible pharmacy. Nice facilities but I'll never come back for medicine.

Okay I Guess. just Wish Rite Aid's Price's Were Much Lower. I'm Guessing Rite Aid Purchased Thrifty Drugstore's Cause They Are Sell Thrifty Ice Cream. Be How Established Thrifty Drugstore's Are. If Owneđ Rite Aid, I Would Of Merged Two Drugstore's & Done Away With Rite Aid Name, So Thrifty Drugstore's Name Would Keep Going.
