The animals are beautiful! I just think the customer service needs some work. I can't buy a pet with handling it? Am I supposed to just hope they are cool based off look? Like obviously I get it with like baby animals and ones with a high temper, but I come to this store pretty often so I'd think knowing my knowledge with reptiles, that I should've been able to hold some of the calmer ones.

This place is amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially for someone new to the reptile world. Even if you don’t own or want reptiles, stop by cause the shop is so cool!

This place is awesome! I've been to 5 different reptile stores today and this was the only one that had Cuban False Chameleons/Bearded Anoles I've been looking for. Will be back!

This is the cleanest, best smelling reptile house I've ever been to (probably in existence). They have superb customer service and offer pre-built reptile cages. I just popped in for some bugs (I was in the area for coffee) but ended up browsing. Good selection of animals and really great selection of feeder bugs. After seeing their cages I asked about their process and the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. I recently made a setup for my bearded dragon and I wish I had found this place first, as there were a few things I could have incorporated with what they told me! If you need help building a setup or want to skip that enormous hassle, you should definitely check them out.

Best reptile store in SoCal!

I have been going to them for years for my reptilian needs! They have a variety of products for your repti-babies and if they don’t have something, they will work with you to try to find it!

They also make bio active enclosures that are beautiful and have healthy animals for sale or rehoming that they have solid knowledge on. Please give them a visit!

I love this store so much. The care they put into their reptiles is top of the line, I go to the riverside location mostly for rats. And the rats are the best I have seen ! Frozen or live.

I'm so thankful I came here. I got a leopard gecko, which is something I've been wanting for the longest! The guy was super nice and answered my questions.I felt really comfortable here and buyig my new friend. I would 100% recommend coming here!!!

There is so much that I am grateful for and Reptile Factory is one of those most recent things that I cannot get off my mind.

My boyfriend and I have a story about why we became so obsessed with reptiles: we found a bearded dragon in the backyard! A fully grown male, since taking him in and finding an adopter, we couldn't get over how chill and friendly beardies can be... despite their looks, they are like puppies... cold blooded ones... which comes with different care requirements.

After plenty of research and acquiring an enclosure, equipment, etc., we looked into buying "the one". Reptile Factory was so friendly, receptive, and educational. They also were the ONLY store to offer sending pictures of what they had available in the store; this is amazing, since the distance between locations can be long. Through this, we found a yellow beardie, and they were able to put her on hold while we made the 50-something-mile drive out.

We named her "Curry," and she has been our joy for the last month. Without Reptile Factory, we would have had a harder time... it was all worth it. She's growing big and strong (nearly 4 inches so far!), and her health has been our priority. Thank you Reptile Factory.

TLDR: I recommend them.
