The fantastic quality—from product materials selection to craftsmanship, ingenuity, and practical innovation, Ray Allen Manufacturing (RAM) stuff is phenomenal. After purchasing over a dozen products, I have complete confidence in recommending RAM products and the excellent marquee brands they have curated for the (store).

Unlike Amazon, where I purchased a Herm Sprenger (HS) prong collar only to receive a poor-quality knockoff, the two stainless steel HS pinch collars I purchased from RAM are genuine.

Shopping online at RAM is a pleasure. From the vast product selection, well-organized site, intuitive catalog navigation, fun browsing, and smooth purchase experience, no hassle 120-day exchanges and returns, expert product guides, and comprehensive application and selection blog that fully describes their wide variety of gear and explains different product options for dogs, handlers and other (work) applications, and the sales and customer service is fantastic and rare.

Zoe, my ripped white, 100 lb (45.35 kg) female German Shepherd Dog, is ordinarily hard to equip, not at RAM. Using their precise and accurate sizing charts, fitment on every product has been a breeze.

Before my most recent purchase, Zoe was between sizes, and I needed product assistance. I called RAM customer service. I was quickly connected with customer service representative Alli M., who helped me to size a RAM Nomad Patrol Combo Harness™ w/GT Cobra Buckles. She was knowledgeable and no-nonsense. Based on her recommendation, I purchased the harness because of its modular design.

When the harness arrived, the fitment was straightforward and fit like a glove after several easy adjustments. Zoe, a fussy beast, readily accepted the harness, which was light and was immediately comfortable. There was no break-in period, rejection, itching or scratching. She is at ease with the Nomad harness at work, exercise, play, and rest.

The same can be said of RAM (nylon) Cobra Buckle Collar. It is lightweight, highly adjustable collar with a Velcro external side for a name patch or perhaps a ‘Do Not Pet’ patch (also available in the RAM patch collections). Zoe immediately accepted her new collar without any break in or itching or scratching. The collar fits necks from 19-25 (48.26-63.5 cm).

I cannot recommend RAM enough. Their passion for dogs, dog handling, and diverse dog applications (military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, service, and more) shows!

I ordered the vittles lid to replace mine that I have had for 8+ years.
I had an issue with the fitting due to my negligence and Allie was so patient and kind with me. She even went to the back of the warehouse or wherever she had to go to find a lid so we could get the issue resolved. Thank you Allie, for being such a great customer service person. Purchased the RX200 Rex Specs Ear Pro lg. It was shown on a large dog so I thought it would fit. It did NOT. Had to pay shipping back and lost the shipping to us. Think about order from here if you think the item might not work or fit.

Just got my second order from these guys. I LOVE all of their stuff so far. Nomad harness for the doggo (now I just need someone to properly fit the thing), the “apocalypse ready” set (which made me laugh)...now just waiting for my back ordered items. Last time the back order turn around was less than half of what I expected. Hopefully it’s the same this time!!

I'm an emergency medical/ SAR person. I had never heard of Ray Allen until my wife got me a great medical backpack. Then I got a catalog and "pimped" my Swiss Mountain Dog. What great products. The customer service is surreal it's so good. Please don't change anything.
