My experiences at Rainbow has/is very good. The owner and staff is very nice and attentive to my babies. The establishment is clean and neat. Oh don’t do it. This place is beyond bad. While at Queens Animal Hospital I was told that they have had “problems and reports” about animals being unwell after going here. We already knew this. My ShihTzu Cuddles would actually freak out after going to this place. He would walk funny which is a sign that they were rough whilst doing an anal cleaning. This was frequent and did not happen when we went elsewhere. Not one time did this happen at Yopet’s. If you look at social media they had not one, but two dogs die there. I’m not a lover of gossip, but the place had a rep for using “something” on the dogs to make them compliant. All we know is how the dogs (two a maltipoo also) would behave after being there. Great supply store, supplies for different pets. Not a large selection of treats for dogs but lots of cute clothes and toys! Definitely stop in, they do grooming and nail trimming.

BEWARE !!!!!! My Brother's 5 year-old dog, Munch is DEAD under the care of the groomer at the Rainbow Pet Supplies!!!!!
Your dog may not be returned ALIVE!!!!!

My dog was bathed and groomed so nice I hardly recognized him! They took really good care of him when they boarded him when I went on vacation. I am a dedicated customer!!! Wonderful place. Very considerate and my dog loves both Andrew and Fidel. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here. Good supply of food, medication and accessories for all pets.
