Jessica is amazing! I’ve taken my long hair cat to her twice for a bath and teddy cut. She’s so patient with my kitty and does a fantastic job with the trim. She’ll text throughout the appointment to give me updates or adjustments needed. She’s also incredibly flexible with appointments.

I have a very wiggly Persian cat and Quiet Paws is amazing with her! Sadly I have taken her to other groomers before Quiet Paws and they hurt Peggy, so I was hesitant and anxious about Peggy getting a haircuts. Sadly, due to medical needs a haircut is a must and I am blessed that Jessica is up for the task. Jessica takes time to communicate with me about what works best with Peggy. If Jessica has time, and enough hands she also will take photos of your pet during their grooming session so you get to see how it goes. Peggy and I have a reoccurring appointment about every 6 weeks and Peggy never has shown any fear or anxiety when seeing Jessica. As seen in the photo, Peggy is very comfortable with Jessica... I cannot praise Jessica, or Quiet Paws more. I am so thankful that she has come into me and Peggy's life and that Peggy is safe with her.

Jessica is flexible with scheduling, professional, and talented in what she does! I brought her my recently-adopted-from-a-rescue very matted sheepadoodle 9mo old puppy who’d never been groomed or even brushed before, and within a few hours, she had my girl looking and feeling so much better! She sent me updates along the way and communication was easy as can be with Jessica during the whole process of scheduling and during the actual grooming appointment. So impressed by her skill and attention to detail 💗🐶 we will be back!

We love quiet paws! She is super flexible and willing and able to work with our anxious boy! She gives updates to ease us parents as well! We have loved all of our cuts, never any issues. We followed this stylist from her old salon to her new/own salon because we loved her!

Jess is simply the best. I have an anxiety ridden rescue pup and no one was able to do her nails. Jess came to the rescue (pun intended) and is now my pups regular groomer along with my long-haired dachshund. If you are lucky enough to have her as your groomer, you will never go anywhere else!

Jessica is amazing!! My dog Huckleberry has always been a nervous guy at groomers and vets but he is completely at peace with her and lets her do whatever she needs to do. He is older and sits down quite a bit during grooming but Jessica is patient with him and gives him rest breaks. He always comes home looking incredibly handsome and feeling good! Jessica is also a great and timely communicator which makes scheduling with her very easy. I also bring in my very skittish Bassett hound for nails trims and she is fine with Jessica. Jessica also does the best nail trims in the city!! Don’t ever pay to get them trimmed at the vet anymore! She’s just a great gal all around and anyone would be fortunate to have her groom their pups and kitties!

I am so glad that so many people in the Bloomington Facebook group suggested Quiet Paws Grooming. My bernedoodle is not a fan of bath time and it's a 2 person job to try and do at home. Jessica was AMAZINGLY patient with Mabel and all that fluff. She checked out Mabel at drop off and gave me an idea of what to expect. She skillfully shaved some mats away but you couldnt even tell and not once did she suggest a full shave.
She has dogs and cats of her own and clearly loves animals. Another Pro to mention - She sends the cutest pictures to update you through the process!

She's great with my 125lb puppy. He's 6 so not really a puppy but he's my puppy and she does a great job. She even does little glam shots, 10 out of 10, would recommend.
