This place was horrible. It was dirty and in desperate need of repairs. Don't count on breakfast here if you are diabetic. We had items stolen from our vehicles as we were unpacking. None of the entrance doors work. The slide in the swimming pool is out of service (code violations) and the when we complained about homeless people in the parking lot and a few other things we were told we should be happy because just a year ago they had an entire homeless camp inside their building that heats water for the rooms and swimming pools. But now the sheriff's department regularly patrols the parking lot. Didn't see them even once in four days. Also, when we got to our room, the toilet was backed up and full of urine and feces. Not a good place for families or the elderly by any means.

I feel bad for this hotel. It seems, at some point, in the past around 8 years ago they had a bedbug issue. This seems to be the main reason for all the low reviews. They seem to have long since remedied this and the place is clean and beds are comfortable and the staff is very kind.

They let us check in a bit early and gave our kids a full pack of coloring pages for Halloween.

The breakfast was delicious and we are excited to check out the pool later this week.

Thanks to Rachel and everyone for a warm welcome and hospitality.

Updated to a four star review as Quality corporate needs to do some work on this building. It has drainage issues in some of the sinks and bathtubs, and the whole property is in a state of needing a bit of maintenance and upkeep in general.

Positive: The Location is perfect. The facilities are amazing. They have given the game room, pool and fitness center. Price is very affordable. Very Clean. Negative: Breakfast not much option. Not even egg provided. Only bread and cereals.

The lobby, the halls and lobby were discussing. The halls had blood swipes in the walls and trash that other guests just left outside on the floor not in bags. The pool should be closed with how gross the water is, to include mold and algae. Definitely a place to get hand, foot and mouth disease. When we entered our room I was pleasantly surprised until I looked closer. Walls had poorly patched holes that were painted over very lazily, the bathroom had hair from the previous guest all over. The amount of money this hotel cost is ridiculous for the poor conditions it is in.

I would not let anyone I care about stay in this Hotel!
The front desk person was fine, but the other staff walking around the building were creepy. One guy was playing loud music and watched us like he was sizing us up.
Our room was fine, besides two different burnt out light bulbs, fridge that was leaking water and old locks (didn't feel real secure).
Every exterior door was propped open, not safe, by buckets, stones etc. The place had broken items all over.
EXSPECIALLY BAD was the pool area! I'm surprised the health dept. hasn't closed it. See photos, unclean, trash all over the pool area, gross stains and wet spots. GROSS
I forgot, the hallways and ice machine rooms look like they have not been swept or vacuumed in years!

As soon as we walked up to the front desk to check in, the manager was rude. Our room was in super bad condition! The towels were already dirty, the ceiling was messed up, the door looked like someone had tried to break in, the bathroom door had been broken and nailed back together and it wouldn't close right, and there were smashed bugs and boogers smeared on the walls! We took the kids to the pool, and it was so dirty, the filter wasn't working, and the water slide wasn't working. To top it off, the game area and food area were a mess! It was the worst hotel I have ever been to!

Positive: Water park looked cool but slide was closed, main reason was this so bummer. Staff was incredibly nice even late at night. Front area looks cool and is nice. Hotel could be very nice if cleaned better. Rooms had wood floors and beds comfy. Negative: Hotel is horribly cleaned. In the halls smelled, outlets had this white dust at bottom and wet at bottom. In the room the toilet had a poo stain on the outer rim, marshmallow behind a bible, food near bed edge. Shower ceiling looked like mold. Chair stain

Positive: This was a surprisingly, nice hotel, considering the outside doesn?t look all that great. The staff were very nice and helpful and provided additional amenities due to us not expecting to have to stay at a hotel that night. Negative: The pictures show a pool with a waterslide, which is ultimately why we chose this hotel. The waterslide and hot tub or both out of commission, and the bigger pools. Water was kind of cloudy and didn?t appear to be very clean. Breakfast was OK.
