I brought in my dog and cat for a visit today. It was my first time ever going there. The Dr was very caring, wise, and informative. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to bring my animals here. The prices are fair and affordable too.

We had found a kitten in the ice storm yesterday evening and this baby needed medical attention terribly, she wouldn’t have lasted another night, she’s so sick. But luckily, they were the only office open around us in order to take care of the animals already there and those (such as ours) that needed help. They got her in today and fixed up with everything she needed to get better. I couldn’t recommend them more and miss Rosie and I are so grateful for their dedication and huge hearts, they saved a tiny life today.

I did not make an appointment with this facility because the two receptionists I spoke with on the phone were quite rude. Neither person knew anything about anything I was asking about and would not take my phone number to get back to me. Furthermore, they had bad attitudes and just wanted me to pay for a visit rather than tell me what services they provided and my options. If you have an exotic animal with an inflamed toe all they will offer is an amputation. When a concerned pet owner is calling for help, maybe a little compassion would be nice!

I have 100% confidence in this facility! The Dr diagnosed my elderly service dog when no one else was able to. He increased the meds she was taking to keep her comfortable at half the cost of the other vets we had been to. Other vets demanded we do x-rays before they would help us, at a cost of $600. It turns out x-rays were not even necessary as it is a soft tissue issue! All my animals will be going to Quality Care from here on out !

We rescued a kitten during an ice storm and they saw her even though the weather was horrible. Staff and doctor were caring and professional. They have gained a new customer and I will be bringing my other animals in to their clinic from now on

My family has brought rats, parrots, guinea pigs and dogs to Quality Care. Routine care and weekend emergencies, every time they've been great. Prices are extremely fair to cheap.

Took a very sick kitten in. The staff was amazing! They squeezed us in and took exceptional care of baby girl. Prices were great! I cannot express again how kind the staff was!

I recommend this vet so so much. They were able to get my rat in the same day I called. The way the whole staff & Dr Parton was with my rat was amazing. They were all so kind and loving to my baby. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed to him.
