I love this place! Debbie is truly a cat whisper. We adopted a Mane Coon cat about 9 months ago and it was time to take her to a groomer, but finding a good cat groomer is a big challenge. After reading Debbie's credentials on her website, we decided to give it a try. We were a little hesitant because we did not know how our cat is going to take it because when it comes to brushing at home, she is not that pleasant. When Debbie was done with her magic, our cat looked so beautiful, clean and happy. The most amazing thing to me was that our cat was very calm and sweet and she did not look scared at all. Debbie does not use any muzzles, nor leashes, nor anything that would scare or stress out your cat in any way. It is more on the expensive side, but most certainly, is the best and the most humane place you can choose for your cat's grooming. Debbie gave us good tips on how to best take care of our cat. She wrote us a recommendation list which was truly helpful!! At the end of our appointment Debbie gave our kitty a little toy, which I found to be such a nice and classy touch. Since our cat became familiar with Debbie, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

I call her the cat whisperer . She is amazing full of knowledge. She has lots of Himalayan and Persian cats in her home. I love the care ,so does my kitty Lola. She has given Lola adorable lion haircuts. Other times comb out tummy trim. I make a appointment for my cat before I leave now. I don’t know anyone else that does as wonderful job with cats.

Debra Erze , PurrErze Cat Grooming, is the answer to your prayers if you want the very best care for your beloved kitties. My little Zoe had never been to a groomer. Her matts and "toenails" were handled by a tech at my veterinary office. Following a chaotic move and significant changes in our home life I hoped to remedy her matts and stress in a non medical environment. I know my sensitive little Persian was impacted deeply by the move and disruption of her home...as was I. Once the dust settled I turned to making Zoe's life much better. I kept explaining to her, playing endless ball with her(she dribbles), treats, new toys but she was not buying it.
I made an appointment with Debra and did not know how Zoe would act.
What an unexpected treat!!! Zoe never made peep during the matts, toes, bath and blow dry. Debra let me sit within earshot and converse with her during Zoe's visit. That helped me let go totally. Clearly Zoe understood it was All Good. Not only was she groomed but attention was paid to things that people think vets need to handle. She was taken care of head to toe, soft, silky, smelling sweet...and calm. During this I was delighted to play with three gorgeous super fluffy friendly calm purring kitties who all tried to occupy my lap at the same time. The energy is serene, loving and exquisite. I learned I could board her and I have never boarded any of my cats over decades. I will now with total trust. Now I can think about a weekend get away or even more without a worry in the world. I learned many things to do that are better for my kitty and I learned that she does not need much of the medical care I thought was good parenting.
I found Debra because I was uneasy about required vaccinations , (intuitive bad feelings in stomach)and turned to Ann Allen, Marin Cat Connection. She guided me to Debra and to the medical facility they trust. I am so grateful to Ann and to Debra for their unwavering dedication to cats and their best possible life. I was guided to exactly the place both my kitty and I needed. Not a peep on the drive home, peaceful sleep on my legs with much happy snoring and sound effects. We Both feel blessed and cared for in every way. This time I took the magical fork in the road, trusted, and experienced a slice of heaven for my little blue cream....and me. Thank you so very much.

Very rude, I was looking for groomer for my dog called about 8:41 am. I looked up groomers in Novato and selected open now and this business was one so I called, asking do you accept dogs, No! And it’s like 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday and says BYE!!! hangs up.
If you cannot be polite than why answer your phone? No need for the rudeness.

I wish I could give no stars.

I do not recommend. They do not let you stay with your cat. That is pretty weird already. When I got back my cat was hissing very hard at the lady. I never saw my cat doing that before. Something bad happened. And 100 bucks is very excessive.
