Wonderful experience with multiple staff members at Purr! They've been easy to communicate with and are detailed and respectful. They have cared for two different cats of ours with opposite personalities/differing needs and we have no complaints! It really brings peace of mind while away from home to receive notes (via email/their website portal) on their visit fulfilling my cat's needs, remembering her on later visits, and even helping with bringing packages/mail in. They include pics of completed requests and your pet, and let you know about any concerns and how your pet is doing. They're flexible, friendly, professional, and a joy to work with.
