Stephanie came highly recommended from our dog sitter and we're so glad we decided to work with her. We rescued a 1 year old German Shepherd who had little confidence and developed bad habits. With Stephanie's help, our boy is now much more confident and obedient and all of our lives are so much better for it. We love that Stephanie doesn't come into a consultation or training session with a set agenda. Rather she lets the needs of us and our dog guide each session. I firmly believed I could do it on my own but Kodi showed me I couldn’t. Everything I was learning off of the internet was great until it wasn’t. I worked with Stephanie since Kodi was about 16 weeks or so and we finished the prep program at almost 6 months. Stephanie is patient, understanding, and determined to help you as the owner/handler but more importantly help your dog out. We had an uncontrollable GSP! Could not walk him, he’d eat clothing items, pillows and just anything in sight. I thought it was hopeless. At our consultation with Stephanie my mom told her “good luck”, she did not feel it was possible to train this puppy. Kylo just graduated! We are able to walk him and control him. Family members and strangers compliment us now on his good behavior . He’s still a puppy so it’s important we keep up what we have learned from our great trainer, Stephanie! We’d recommend her to anyone !

I attended the Pure Canine Training group class with my dog Altai and we had a great time. It was a very positive experience for us both. The training exercises we did in class and the homework we practiced made a big difference in Altai! The approach was gentle, firm and effective. Altai loved going to the classes.
