We had a deeply upsetting experience here. After our puppy's grooming appointment, we discovered lacerations on his genital area that later became infected, requiring a vet visit. To make matters worse, photos of our puppy were posted on their Instagram without our consent. This lack of professionalism and care for our pet's well-being is unacceptable. We cannot recommend this establishment to other pet owners.
