These people are awesome. I take my daughter's Golden Retrievers there. There's always parking right there by the door. Their friendly, they do an amazing job and their prices are competitive. We're gonna keep taking the dogs there!

This was our second visit. First cut was kinda shaky. This visit our pup looked fresh and cut was even. We will be giving them another call in a couple weeks. Located between Chase Bank and a veterinarian.

I’ve taken my dog here twice. I was very impressed with their work both times. From drop off to pick up is about 4 hours. Prices are very competitive compared to others in the area.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They shaved my corgi’s double coat even though they should know that should never be done with Corgis and I specifically asked just for a trim around the butt area. Now her shiny golden hair will never come back and even if it does it will be patchy and uneven. The haircut itself is horrible, and there are scars on her belly, and some of her mustache is cut. I never leave reviews at all let alone a bad one like this but Do yourself a favor and never ever go to place. Not only I did not get a refund they didn’t even take any responsibility for their irreversible actions.

I have a few rescues and Puppy Palace has done an amazing job understanding their trauma. They have done an absolutely wonderful job on my fur babies. They only trimmed the nails on my other fur baby and they understood how to be gentle and patient with him. Truly trust them with my fur babies. No other groomer for me other than Puppy Palace
