The staff at Puppy Le Pew did a great job on my Buddy. Everyone was very pleased at his new groom. Have used them before and they did not disappoint then. They even came and picked him up because I am not able to drive right now. And brought him back home after his groom. I was very much grateful for that. I will continue to use them for his grooming.

I recently took my dog to Puppy Le Pew for a grooming session, and I couldn’t be more impressed, especially with Rena, the groomer who took care of Bluey. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. they took the time to get to know my dog's temperament and needs, which really set me at ease, as my dog can sometimes be a little nervous around new experiences.
The grooming was absolutely perfect! Rena gave my dog a beautiful cut that suited her breed and personality. Her coat looks shiny, soft, and well-maintained, and she even made sure to trim her nails and clean her ears—little touches that show her attention to detail. She worked with such care and patience, which was evident in how relaxed and happy Bluey was when I picked her up.
The facility itself is spotless and has a calming atmosphere, which I really appreciated. The staff is friendly, and Rena took the time to explain exactly what she did during the grooming session. The pricing was fair with high quality of service, and I can honestly say my dog has never looked better!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY! IF YOU HAVE A BIG DOG DO NOT BRING HE OR SHE HERE! I BROUGHT MY 90 POUND CHOCOLATE LAB SERVICE DOG IN FOR A NAIL TRIM AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO TRIM HIS NAILS ON A TABLE HE WAS CLEARLY TOO BIG FOR! THEY HAD HIM STRAPPED BY HIS NECK AND HE WAS FALLING OFF THE TABLE! I HAD TO JUMP IN AND ASSIST BECAUSE I COULDN’T KEEP STANDING THERE WATCHING MY DOG CHOCK! FOR $17 A NAIL TRIM YOU’D THINK THE OWNER WOULD GET OFF HIS BUTT AND HELP! WELL HE DIDN’T! HE WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT ME FILLING OUT A “FORM” AS HE SAT THERE AND WATCHED MY DOG GO THROUGH TORTURE! I EVEN TOLD THE GAL THERE THAT MY DOG HAS A TORN ACL AND SHE STILL MADE HIM APPLY PRESSURE ON THAT LEG! POOR SERVICE IN A POOR TOWN!

I took my shitzu to puppy la pew and they were fantastic. They fit me in same day, did a fabulous job with grooming my skittish/shy rescue dog that had never been groomed before and i about fell over when they gave me the price and i went ahead and paid almost double what they asked for because they deserved it. They have a regular customer now. Oh and my dog was relaxed and acted like she wanted to stay when i went to pick her up so i know she was treated with patience and kindness

I took my baby girl there today. The results were better than I could have asked for. There have been some changes from our last few visits and they were all very good. My dog looked great, smelled great and was very upbeat after her visit today. Only place she will go from now on. Thanks guys, we going to be regulars for sure.
