I went to Pup. E. Tails for my dog to get groomed and he came out looking like a million bucks. I would highly recommend this place. Great customer service and understood the needs of my dog. Very friendly and welcoming place.

You guys are the best groomers in springfield. First groomer my dog has been to that she isn't terrified when she is dropped off. Perfect poodle cut every time. I had to make a last minute cancelation due to my dog having surgery and they were very understanding. Always get great customer service when I drop and pick up my dog!

I do not recommend this place unless you want your dogs hair shaved so short you see his skin. I dropped off off my daughters golden doodle for grooming at 9:00 am. At check in was asked if wanting same service as last visit. (which was our first, and it was a teddy bear cut.) Requested same cut. Overheard that their bather called off, so asked if I needed to reschedule, was told no. Went back at 3:15, he was supposed to be done by then. Was told he had 2 fans on him to dry him. Went back at 5:30 only to see the dog standing on the grooming table, they had already shaved him. Was told he was matted, so they had to shave him. They should have communicated before shaving the dog, and it should not be done in the middle of winter, or to dogs that are not matted. Before and after pics provided of my daughters pup.

Yesterday was our first visit to Pup E. Tails. Everyone was very nice, despite the busyness of the morning rush. My Labradoodle, Mac, was comfortable from the beginning and was treated like the prince he thinks he is! We’ll definitely be back!

I need a dog wash last minute went in and they immediately took my baby boy! 10 out of 10 service and the staff is super nice!!

We had a terrible experience here. She clearly did not like my dogs and complained that they “didn’t like the hairdryer“ my guess is that most dogs don’t! Come on, she’s a groomer! My dogs get groomed every seven weeks elsewhere and we decided to try something different to see if we could get a longer cut on my sheepdogs. They arrived at 9 AM. I finally went into the institution at 6 PM which time she gave one of my sheepdogs a hurried Absolutely horrible clipper cut. Missed several spots. They went to the veterinarian the next day and my veterinarian and all of her associates laughed at how poorly the cut was. To end the horrible experience it was supposed to be $100 for dogs over 85 pounds. My dogs are 95 pounds and she charged me $120 per dog for a substandard cut? Never again would I torture my dogs with 9 1/2 hours in this place! Unfortunately between myself and the vet office we have scissors clipped the missed tufts. Notice the razor/clipper burn on his fanny!!! Horrible. I should get my money back. Veterinary care required

They always do a great job with my dogs. I tried them out when my big box pet groomer was so busy I couldn't schedule anything for a month after the shut down and we never looked back.
