Wasn't happy with our last grooming place because it smelled like pee and they weren't great about communicating when to pick up our pup. Tried Proper Paws today and was very impressed- our dog was done quickly, he looks great, smells good but not overwhelmingly perfumed, and his brush/de-shed/trim was done really well and exactly how I had asked. They loved on our pup and worked with his anxiety around the blow dryer. I also felt their prices were super reasonable. We're stoked to have found our new groomers!

Extremely upset with the customer service. I accidentally wrote the appointment time down wrong and they wanted to charge an additional $40 late fee for a 30 min difference. I understand it is a business, however for a loyal customer I strongly feel at least one expectation should have been made.

Love this place and they always make my girl gorgeous. She is very excited every time I drop her off and that tells me they treat her very well when I leave. This is a great and trustworthy place to bring your pup!

This business is wonderful, great customer service. The groomers Daniel and Jessica performed art on our little ones. On behalf of Zatoichi and Otane, thank you very kindly for the outstanding treatment and grooming.

Took our Shih Tzu in for the first time today, and we were extremely happy. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the place smelled great. Our boys came home happy and relaxed which was a change from other places they’ve been. Their haircuts were wonderful and exactly what I asked for. Even their bandannas were high quality. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back.

Took my two girls to Nichole for second visit. Once again she was able to quickly calm and reassure my older high strung Jack Russell. Most places muzzle her:( Nichole can actually pick her up! I love having an appointment and she finished both (bath, nails, glands, ears) in 45 mins. Wonderful service! Great atmosphere
