Prompt Vet has been amazing with our old pups, Ranger and Flint. Unfortunately, Ranger has struggled with seizures most of her life. Dr. Wolf has given us new med recommendations that have greatly improved her quality of life. When Ranger goes in for visits, Dr. Wolf is extremely accommodating and takes the best care of Ranger who is not a big fan of the vets office. We definitely recommend taking your pets to prompt vet!

Dr. Wolf and her staff are amazing! It's very obvious that they care about what they do.

I took my sick dog there because our regular vet didn't have an immediate opening and they referred us to Prompt Vet. They were so compassionate with my sick dog, very informative about what could be the causes of her sickness and possible treatments, and gave me options on how to proceed while also being transparent about the cost of each option. Dr. Wolf even came in on a Saturday to treat my dog and run some tests, which I had chosen to have done for peace of mind.

I will definitely be returning to Prompt Vet and recommending them to my friends and family with fur babies.

Dr. Wolf and her staff are great with extremely anxious dogs. My dog has a terrible experience with a vet when she was younger and has been terrified of them (or any clinical setting) ever since. Dr. Wolf and her staff were very patient and accommodating for her and they are the only vets she really lets near here. Not to mention if they are running behind, they do everything they can to make you comfortable while you wait. I highly recommend this office for those who have vet sensitive animals.

We had a great experience here. They got us in very quickly and we were seen immediately. Excellent communication and customer service. The price of the visit was reasonable. I will definitely be more than comfortable to return here if the need arises. I’ve been sharing with everyone I know that we have a Prompt Vet in Springfield now. Amy Wolf has been our veterinarian for about 10 years. She just recently opened promptvet and I took our dog there for a tooth cleaning. The staff was very friendly, caring and professional. I would highly recommend this place. Very clean and set up very nicely.

My elderly cat was very sick and refusing to eat or drink. Called our regular vet and the cat could not be seen. They gave us Dr. Wolf's contact information. Called and scheduled the last appointment of the day.
The cat was so sick I asked if it should be euthanized or could be treated. After a brief exam and discussion we decided on tests and possibly treatment.
Dr. Wolf and an assistant stayed after normal hours to complete all the tests and discuss with us. The decision then was to treat. After the emergency, the cat has seen his regular vet and continues to improve.
This is the first time I gave been to an emergency vet in Springfield where I felt the quality of care was excellent and the vet truely caring. I am relieved to have this resource in case another emergency.

Clean well organized facility, compitent caring staff and of course Dr. Amy is the best. You can truly tell that she loves her work and indeed has your pet's well being at the top of her list.
