I started using this service during the pandemic and I have never stopped. The dogs come out absolutely adorable, and even more amazing, they come out happy!!! They were so traumatized by other groomers but this two person team (two mobile vans) are truly spectacular with pets and so unbelievably gentle and kind even when they are being awful. I’ll never switch. Well worth the money!!

If you want a peaceful environment, high quality, personalized and professional service for your dog, this is the place. The staff is incredible and they really care about providing exceptional work. My 1 year old Golden has been in love with Juliana since he was 2 months old. Your fur baby will be all clean and happy, you won’t regret!!!

Unfortunately, I have had a horrible experience with PMPG. Trying to schedule an appointment has been a nightmare with delayed communication, a lack of confirmation about my upcoming appointment, and then a last-minute cancellation that I had to contact them about on the day they were scheduled to arrive. They apologized and explained about having trouble with their van but neglecting to inform me until I contacted them was unacceptable. At first, their response was to reschedule me for a week later which I found extremely disappointing. I communicated my frustration and my decision to take my pups elsewhere which prompted them to offer to have a different groomer work overtime and come over that day but I was already furious about the whole experience so I decided to look for another groomer. I gave them a second star because of their last-minute attempt to honor my appointment but I no longer trusted this company with my pups. Best of luck to them on getting their affairs in order. ~Julie

They shaved my goldendoodle down to her skin in the middle of winter without my consent and then charged me $250! She weighs 15 lbs. This was not only traumatizing for our family but also our dog who missed her fur and it took over 4 months for it to grow back and for her to start to feel like herself again. I would never recommend this groomer and I wish I didn't pay them but I was literally in shock.

Prime Mobile pet Grooming is fantastic! PMPG always responds to my texts requesting appointments promptly! The care and detail they put into the appointment is exceptional. My dog always comes away more attached to PMPG than me! Happy dog happy owner! PMPG is the best! I truly appreciate their work with my dog!

If you’re looking for a very convenient way of grooming your pet, this is where you go, well actually no, they come to you! My Shepherd was losing a lot of fur and needed a nice bath, so I decided to give these guys a call. They were not only very responsive but also professional and friendly. I was very happy to see how calm and gorgeous he looked when they were done.
I’ll definitely be using their services going forward.

I have never seen or smelled a cleaner dog than when mine get the wash and grooming services from Prime Mobile Pet Grooming. All my dogs love their baths and respond very well to the gentle nature of the groomer. I will never use any other way to get my dogs in tip top cleanliness!
