As I have traveled to both the Vidalia and Valdosta store locations, I have experienced great customer service. The stores were neat, clean, and organized. They have everything you need and more compared to other hair stores I have visited. I would recommend these stores to anyone who lives in these places or close by. I also feel highly welcomed and feel as though my services are greatly appreciated!

I live like 30 minutes away from here and they close at 6. It was already after 5 when I called and asked if they had the type of hair I needed in stock, so I wouldn’t make a blank trip (GAS IS HIGH THESE DAYS!) And also nowhere else around me had the type of hair needed. The girl gone tell me over the phone “Well if you leave now you can make it” I just hung up because why you act like it was so hard to just say “Yes or no” on the hair and why you tryna tell me about my gas mileage. You don’t know anybody car situation. You cannot support all small businesses and this is one that will NEVER get my business or support. I truly wish the hairstore next to Little Ceasers get their roof fixed QUICK, because this place is not it. Also on one day that I did go their wigs mostly looks like someone has worn them already. Not being disrespectful giving my full and honest opinion. I just don’t think people should expect other folks to support them when they are unprofessional and giving out less quality products.

Update*** JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A BLACK BUSINESS DOES NOT MEAN PEOPLE HAVE TO SUPPORT YOU. This is my opinion, this is my right to express free speech. This is what GOOGLE REVIEWS are for. Instead of taking these reviews to better your customer service and your business you’re listening to argue instead of listening to understand. If you can’t take constructive criticism business is not for you. All of your negative comments are saying the same thing, so there is no way anyone is lying about it. You should be trying to correct these misdoings instead of trying to argue with every single customer who has a bad experience at your business. Now THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE and have a blessed day

I called for a pricing so I can send my assistant with the money to purchase the hair. They told me they don’t give pricing over the phone. This is definitely not a scam and I’ve previously visited the store and it’s definitely over priced. One day the hair I usually get was $34 the next week it was $74

Kinda very upset I went purchase a wig that I could do pony tails with, I found one here and it was already in a pony tail I ask the lady could it be take down and wear it down as well she said yes. I save the money to get this because my hair is falling out. So when I got home the hair was falling out of the bag and then you put it on and I took the band that was wrap around the pony tail. it was a disaster. now all the hair is coming out and it look so fake when you put it on. I look absolutely terrible I was wasted $68.00 on a wig. now I got to save more money to purchase another one.
