We have taken our dog here numerous times to board her - She loves it here and is always excited when we arrive in the parking area - The best part to me is that she can go outside and run around with other dogs several times a day when she is there. We have left her there as long as a week and when we returned, she was healthy and happy. It is so rewarding to know that we can go away and leave her in such good hands.

We have used Prestigious Pets, several times over the years... and Trina ( along with her staff ) always do a great job. Sadie enjoys her time there, and we can tell that she has been loved and cared for. Always thankful for their friendliness, and care for Sadie.

Be warned...Do not judge a book by its cover! Looks are deceiving! Owner did NOT tell me that groomer that my dog had grow attached to was no longer there!!!! Admitedly, my dog is a tough one to groom, but the new groomer nicked my dog in several places and the owner nor the groomer told me! I ended up with vet bill due to cuts and skin reaction to products that they used. The cut was HORRIBLE! Place looks great like the video on the website shows. Ower is very nice and professional; however, grooming and boarding is kept behind closed doors and dogs are taken from you in the front and you are NOT allowed to see where grooming takes place! I was NOT told of new groomer. Vet bill was expensive and groom was horrible. The owner was nice when I contacted her, but I will not be taking my dog back. I do not trust them with my furbaby.
