I have had a positive experience all the times I have been to Precious Pets. They are through with asking what you want, and can sometimes accommodate for extras when they have the extra time. They truly care about your pet and want them to be happy as much as they want you happy. They text you so you don’t forget appointments, and to get or set up new appointments if it’s been a while. It’s never annoying, that’s a perk we all hate them types of places! If they have any issues they call you and explain and let you know what they are doing to fix it. (Like an unknown case of fleas in her unkempt winter coat, she was a bit overdue). Price is on point for the service, the wonderful professionals, and ease of setting up appointments and the quality of care your baby’s get. My girl here looks amazing, smells amazing and is always full of energy and excitement when I pick her up! The lady’s always gives great friendly vibes and the cute office pup is so cute! I recommend 100%! We will continue to support for as long as possible!

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Precious Pets for the exceptional care you provided for my son, Braxton, today. Before finding Precious Pets, I was hesitant about daycare facilities due to a previous, upsetting experience where I picked up Braxton and he was drenched in urine, a clear sign he had been neglected and left in a poor state all day. Needless to say, I was furious and frustrated.

However, from the moment I dropped Braxton off at Precious Pets, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The care and attention you gave him was evident throughout the day, and it was clear from his behavior when I picked him up that he felt safe and comfortable. Braxton was exactly as I dropped him off clean, happy, and well-cared for. In fact, he was so relaxed that he fell asleep as soon as we got home, which tells me he truly enjoyed his time there.

I am so relieved to have found a place that treats fur babies like their own. I would highly recommend Precious Pets to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving daycare for their pets. Thank you again for making Braxton's first day with you a positive experience!

First time and not our last! Staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. Our baby was groomed exactly how we asked. He’s so happy with his new hairdo. Highly recommend.

My small 4lb puppy was limping and hurt after only being there 5 hours. I should’ve know when I saw an aggressive dog at the window but I asked if he would be kept away and safe and she said yes. I had high hopes but honestly they probably don’t care and put all pets together. Bigger dogs should be kept away from small ones especially if you don’t know how they will interact with smaller dogs. I understand that accidents can happen, but not informing me about the incident so I could have arranged to pick him up immediately is why I’m leaving 1 star.

First time visit was great! Was looking for someone to cut our Schnauzer and when I googled Pet Cuts near me, Precious Pets Spa popped up. I then read one review that mentioned they did a good job on someone’s Schnauzer. We gave them the a visit based on that review and I’m so glad we did! We will be going back. Just picked up my golden retriever puppy from boarding for six days. When I picked him up he didn’t want to leave. He pawed at the door to get back in which is all I need to know. They gave me updates on my baby and he seemed very happy. I also only paid $100 for 5 days which is an awesome price! So grateful for them. Highly recommend.

I’ve never regretted boarding my dog at any other facility but this one was gut wrenching when I picked him up. I should have seen the red flags like when they didn’t ask for vaccination record, or if he was neutered or anything like that. I prompted and they said I could do it when I drop off and again they forgot to mention it. When I picked up my dog he was so frazzled and couldn’t wait to exit the facility. And when I got home I saw that they gave me back the food I gave them indicating they didn’t feed him two of the meals he was there for. My poor baby was so hungry.
