The care she provided was beyond exemplary, updating us daily and making a point to call us every evening to let us know how our ‘children’ were doing. We were in a bind when leaving town, when our vet came to our rescue by recommending JJ. We needed someone special to be responsible for the care and needs of our beloved pets. She really is so knowledgeable and capable.
In addition to walking and feeding our dog, she cared for our cat, administering meds & fluids and was completely responsible for all aspects of their well-being. She played with and entertained them both, stayed overnight & thoroughly watched over our home while we were gone.
Our pets just love her and we have come to rely on her whenever we need assistance, whether it be just for a visit with short notice, or when we are out of town. We trust JJ implicitly!

JJ will take care of your dog and cat as if they were hers. She is very responsible, caring and loving. I have known JJ for about 6 years and I have seen her interact with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. She is excellent at administering fluids or medicine and will always notice if there is anything wrong with your dog or cat. You can leave for a day or a week and feel confident that while you are away your pet will be well taken care of. I had a very old cat who was used to having someone at home with him and I never felt comfortable leaving him alone but I knew I could take a trip and come home to find him well and happy......which he was. Joanna understands an animals temperament and I think they know that JJ really likes them. You can rest assured that your home will be neat when you return and she will always contact you if she thinks there may be a problem. I highly recommend JJ for your dog or cat.

My babies love her. I know that when I go on vacation, out of town weekends, etc., that they will be in good hands. She will call me if she has any concerns (while caring for them) about them. She comes twice a day to feed them, cleans litter box everyday (more than I do). She walks my dog, and grooms him. We are so happy that we found J.J., professional, loving and caring.
