We have now been coming for about 1 yr since getting a Frenchie. We are very happy with the service. All the staff is very nice and they are always very accommodating even in a short notice. Our dog likes going to Precious Paws he doesn't even look back when we drop him off just goes right on in like a happy camper. They do a great job he looks and smells good and they use a special shampoo since these type of dogs can have sensitive skin issues. We take him once a month. I always recommend this salon if asked. I'm so glad we brought him here.

Very bothered by this pet salon. My puppy came home with cuts. The employees notified me that they were going to close early today and possibly rushed to cut my puppy’s hair. They never told me about the injuries that were caused. Very Unacceptable and I hope you look for another place before taking your animal there.

I’m giving it 1 star because I can’t give a 0. My dog was at the salon from 11 am to 3:30 and I didn’t ask for a haircut at all. When we got home he went to the bathroom immediately, then ran to his food and water. He scarfed it down when usually he takes out pieces and eats it from the floor. I’m afraid of the conditions my dog was under. I don’t feel safe anymore.

Love bringing my doggies here, most time its last min and they always try to fit my kojisan and lebron in. They always listen to what I want for their hair cuts and price is reasonable and customer service is always up to par.
