We highly recommend Posh Paws! Rebecca and Drew are both great! This is the only place my boys have ever been groomed, and we would not go anywhere else! They are very attentive and kind. They communicate throughout the whole process. They also go above and beyond. For example, Rebecca knew we were taking our boys to an 80's party after grooming, so she had special arrangements made to get them 80's bandanas for the party! You will not find this kind of service just anywhere! If you're in Southern Illinois and looking for a groomer, check them out! You will not be disappointed!

We just moved here from Kansas, & we had tried a couple of groomers since we arrived, and we’re not impressed with the cleanliness or the way Sophia looked when we picked her up. But today we found our groomer!! Her name is Rebecca & from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the greeting & care she showed Sophia sensing Sophia’s uneasiness of being left, Rebeca was very calming and gentle with her. When I came back two hours later to pick Sophia up, she looked absolutely beautiful! I am so impressed. You will not be disappointed in this young lady and her skills.

Service and quality of this business is great! My Goldendoodle has a great haircut. The place is great about keeping people informed through email, text, and phone. Also the ease of scheduling appointments is best ever. Excellent dog groomer. I would say the best in Southern Illinois. Marion Illinois is lucky to have a pet care business like them. I will return and I highly recommend.

I recently took my dog Charlie to Posh Paws Luxury Pet Spa, and let me tell you, it was pawsitively amazing! The staff there were lightning-fast, super friendly, and oh-so knowledgeable about dog grooming. Charlie’s skin has also be super dry and they even provided recommendations on ways to fix it. They knew exactly what Charlie needed to look and feel her best. When she came back, she was all tail wags and looked like a true pampered princess. Plus, the pricing was really reasonable, which made the experience even better. I couldn't be happier with the service. If you're looking for a top-notch dog grooming experience at a great price, I highly recommend Posh Paws Luxury Pet Spa!

Our regular groomer closed during the COVID shutdown and didn't reopen. We took our babies to THREE groomers trying to find one we liked and had horrible experiences. More importantly, our babies had horrible experiences. At the end of our rope, with a couple of shaggy orphan looking dogs, we made an appointment with Posh, honestly not expecting much. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Rebeca and Drew were so understanding and committed to getting to personally know and cater to our babies' unique needs. After that first time we decided we'd never go anyplace else and they've only continued to exceed our expectations every single time. They really love our babies and our babies adore Drew (their regular groomer). One thing worth mentioning about Rebeca and Drew - my family had a personal tragedy and when they found out about it, Drew went way above and beyond to show us they care about humans, too! We love these guys!
