I have a dog reactive Siberian Aussie & have never boarded her for this reason, but I had to leave the state & ponderosa was accommodating, caring, & understanding. she had her own playtime, own patio, own room, & had special one on one playtime. it made me feel at such ease knowing she was in the best care.

4/2023 Update: Once again the Ponderosa staff are so kind and accommodating!! We needed to extend our dogs’ stay for one day and even though Ponderosa is booked out they made it work, which really helped us out. Thank you so much again!! Also, our dogs had a great time! They immediately crashed on their beds as soon as they got home — we saw from the pictures on Ponderosa’s FB that they got to play with a big group of dogs everyday! Looks like they had so much fun 🙂

I am so thankful for Ponderosa Pet Suites. They have been taking care of my giant malamute's boarding visits since he was a puppy and my older husky before she passed away. Let me brag! Each suite has comfy bed/chair for the dogs, a TV, and a separate potty area! The kennel is VERY clean and you are always greeted with a smile. The dogs are not in a chained area on concrete floors, rather they are in an environment that mimics a home. They are FANTASTIC about posting pictures on facebook of the pets staying there! This is such a peace of mind when away. Continually, they offer play times for the dogs which is great for getting any excessive energy out and socialization. Again, I could not be more impressed with my dog's care as I am EXTREMELY picky about who cares for my fur babies, especially a high maintenance malamute! I cannot recommend their services enough!

Julie and the rest of the team at Ponderosa Pet Suites are simply amazing. They go above and beyond for pets and pet owners. They take the time to update you on how your pets are doing and respond to emails quickly. We board our dogs at Ponderosa Pet Suites when we go out of town and our dogs love going there.

This place is a little secluded but is a great place to board your dogs. They run a regulated facility to make sure all pets that stay are free from disease. They also provide medication administering services if your pet needs it. When I looked at the kennels it looks like it's set up better that some peoples houses. The pets get a couch to lay on, tv to watch, and access to go outside from their kennel. They also do playtime to exersice your pets when your away. Once you find that good boarding facility I doubt ill be going to someone else.
