Each time they visited, they would send us photos of our fur babies & detailed descriptions of how the visit went. They went above & beyond our expectations! In the future, we would absolutely choose them again to watch our buns!

I used to like this company - when we initially started we were told we would primarily have the same 3 sitters. The last few times we’ve had sitters I’ve never met.

The last time they cared for our fish and bunny - they took it upon themselves to buy more veggies despite the bunny still having carrots (this was even stated in the message she left me). He didn’t need any more veggies, yet they bought him more and charged me for it.

This same visit - the girl spilled her can of soda on my floor and told me she had to stay an extra 30 minutes to clean it up and proceeded to say she won’t charge me for the extra time. This was baffling to say. My cameras picked up this incident and when we got back home the floor was sticky. She barely made an effort to clean up her mess.

In December, I had requested visits and then cancelled them within 24 hours of making them as our plans changed - all a week before the visits were to begin. They tried to charge me a late notice cancellation fee. When I asked why and stated that I cancelled within 24 hours of requesting the visits - Deb sent me a message stating that holiday cancellations have a cancellation charge for appointments cancelled 2 weeks prior to the holiday, but that they would waive that this time.

Today I got a call from Deb who stated she will be charging my card for those cancellation fees. I pull up the conversation board on their site to find the previous message that stated she waived that fee this time around - and to my surprise, it’s no longer there. I did however find it in my email - so I took a screenshot to send to them.

All in all - we won’t be using Playtime Pet Sitters anymore. It doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. And the fact that messages are missing from my conversation board is extremely off-putting.

We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him.

Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever!

Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes!

But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible.

Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! I highly recommend them to anyone who has to travel for long trips or just daily visits for our beloved little furry friends.
