Absolutely love Playful Pack and so does my puppy!!!! We have been bringing our German Shepherd puppy to Playful Pack at least 2 days a week since they opened. He literally can't wait to get inside and when I go to pick him up, he wants to stay to keep playing! So thankful we found this hidden gem!!!! It's obvious they truly care about each and every pet in their care. They go above and beyond to make sure the puppies are happy, healthy and safe and learning to be their best puppy selves. It has been a great opportunity for our puppy to socialize with other dogs under close supervision and learn what is acceptable behavior from his other doggie friends. The facility is extremely clean and spacious with plenty of room for them to run and play both indoors and out. My puppy especially loves their planned activities like bubble play, running through the tunnel and splash time with water from the hose! My favorite part is being able to login at anytime while he is there to check in and see how he is doing. Gives me complete peace of mind that he is being well cared for and loved on all day! But you can't forget the adorable photos and report cards they send you. The Owner and employees really love what they are doing and it's clear that great customer service is a huge priority for them. I strongly encourage you to check it out.you'll be so glad you did!

I couldn't recommend Playful Pack more! My experience with this doggy day care has been absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease knowing my pups were in good hands.

The staff is kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. The facility is clean, safe, and designed with the comfort and fun of the dogs in mind. I loved seeing my pups run around, play, and socialize with other dogs in a supervised and safe environment.

The communication is excellent, they always keep me updated on how my pups' day went and send me photos and videos so I can see how much they're having fun.

I definitely recommend Playful Pack to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and fun place to leave their dogs while they're away.

We are so happy we found Playful Pack! The convenient location was the main attraction, but after boarding our pups with them for a few nights, we love the access to the cameras and the daily report cards from the staff. We were so worried our one of our pups wouldn't get along with other dogs, but the staff reassured us everything would be fine...and it was! It was lovely to see him interacting, and even napping, with other dogs. And the staff all really seem to enjoy being with all the dogs. Their thoughtful notes on the report cards helps keep our minds at ease. Thank you!

My dog ​​is as important as any other member of the family, so I always look for the best care for him. I left our Labrador with Playful Pack and the experience was very good, great attention from all the staff, they reported to me daily what he was doing, I had access to the cameras in real time, and the best thing was seeing Macario leave happy. Thank you for all your professionalism and love that you gave him while I was out of town.
