Took my pups as a walk in for nail trims. I like how I as the pet owner get to be involved and hold my dog on the table to calm them. Most places Ive gone don't let the owners be present. Good prices too.

I took my little 4 month old Yorkie there to be groomed she weighs a pound and 8 ounces. They absolutely made her look awful terrible but that is not the worst thing. The worst thing is she got fleas we went to pick her up. She was in a great thing with a dog bed in it not clean at all and they’re very unprofessional there, and like I said, the worst thing is my little puppy got fleas
Needless to say, I’m very very, very unhappy
I recommend you do not do not take your dog to this groomer

Vicky is hands down the best groomer I've used. It's evident that she loves her job, my animals always come back beautiful and far less stressed than if they go to big Box store groomers. She also pays attention to the animals she is grooming, So if something seems out of the normal, she will tell you about it. Which helped me diagnose my baby's thyroid issue sooner than I would have on my own. In addition her prices are fair, and the work she does is beautiful and professional. I can't recommend pitstop pet grooming high enough!

We used the self dog wash here for two large dogs and almost half of the equipment was broken or didn't work as it should. While there was a notice on the door about the oatmeal shampoo being out the only other option was the vet kind and that was almost gone, barely any soap came out. The conditioner didn't work either and the hot water ran out a third of the way through our second dog so she had a cold bath in February. The vacuum was practically useless as it hardly worked and the same with the blow drier. There were no attendants around to ask for help.

My little Roscoe is a rescue dog, I was really nervous about his very first grooming, as he was too, his first experience was absolutely amazing! He was so scruffy when I dropped him off and anxious, when I picked him up he looked beyond amazing and he was not stressed, I highly recommend taking your fur babies to pitstop! As I will definitely be going back!

My min-pin is usually a pretty stinky little dude, but after a visit here he smells nice for much longer than usual. I’ve been very happy with his nails as well after getting them trimmed here. This place has fair prices and they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves their fur baby and wants a job well done.

Would be great if you could pause the time. Some soaps need to stay on the coat for 5-10 minutes so end up paying double each time I go. But otherwise great place with provided towels and shampoo/conditioner.
