Great experience! Pima Pets took great care of my dogs Choco and Pako for a week. They sent pictures and updates, took them out for playtimes and walks, and gave them their medication. Best experience I’ve had boarding them, and I am now a loyal customer.

Wonderful place!! They took great care of our dog for 8 days and he is a very skittish and shy dog and they made him feel comfortable. We appreciated all the picture and text updates every day. Virgil's son did a great job with him. We will defintely be returning and recommending to friends! The price you can't beat either!! We are very happy we found this place.

I have nothing but praise for the way my dog was coddled and cared for while at Tucson Pet Hotel! Previously my dog had been diagnosed with pancreatitis a week before, so if I didn’t feel guilty enough for leaving her, now I was over the top. Virgil talked me through wanting to get on a plane to pick her up a few times. After not eating for a few days, Virgil was very willing to cook her up some rice to entice her to eat. Finally, another small dog came in and the two of them shared hanging out with the family inside their home and she also finally started eating! Pictures were sent frequently to reassure all was well! I recommend this pet boarding place to anyone, especially those like myself who would do almost anything for my dogs!❤️?❤️?

I love this place and the family takes great care of my dog, Chrome.

I was a regular at a different place, but needed boarding with very short notice, so I called Tucson Pet Hotel and was there less than an hour later. I left Chrome with TPH for a week. I got regular text updates and it was clear that Chrome was having a great time. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was nearly half of the boarding I had been using.

The dog house was perfect: not cold and unfriendly, and without dogs being confined and let out for only a few minutes a day – at TPH, Chrome was able to go out to play whenever he wanted, and Virgil’s kids played with Chrome (I could tell because Chrome takes a long time to warm up to people, but he was very close to the kids when I picked him up).

The air conditioning in the dog house was very welcome, and I liked that Virgil would have a radio playing music in the house at night – he explained that it helps with dogs that get anxious if they hear a coyote howling somewhere or a siren on the road. A nice touch.

When I picked Chrome up, he was running around with three other dogs that were being boarded – all of the dogs were happy and friendly with one another. It was obvious that they were being well taken care of and enjoying themselves.

After this experience with Tucson Pet Hotel, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Had a great experience boarding my dog Rocky here! They took great care of him for 8 days and sent regular updates. They have a good setup and the dogs can play together which is awesome, or be separated if needed. Would board here again and recommend it!!

We had an excellent experience with the Tucson Pet Hotel. Virgil was professional and his communication was outstanding. This was our first time boarding our dog Eli and we couldn't have had a better experience. From booking to picking up every aspect of the experience couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time boarding my dog Skyler and I was excited to find Tucson Pet Hotel. Virgil and his boys were great and made me feel at ease leaving Skyler for the first time. I like that it is a small family run business that only has a handful of dogs at a time. I did go visit his facility beforehand so I was able to make sure the area Skyler would be in was secure enough for him plus they also had just increased the height of the fence before our visit. I was glad that Skyler was able to spend his visit playing with other dogs and free to go in and out. The text message updates from Virgil were reassuring and definitely an added bonus.
