Pikaso pet spa was absolutely amazing, they took such great care of our girls. They were very sweet and did such an amazing job with all the services we needed. With two giant German shepherds they went above and beyond to make sure they were perfectly groomed and we will definitely be going back.

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GROOMERS! We brought our cat here and the groomer snipped off the tip of her ear. The groomer informed me by leaving a voicemail "your cat is ready to picked up, and I also wanted to let you know I cut off a chunk of his ear". So insensitive and nonchalant about it. We have the voicemail and an apology text instructing to book with a different groomer if we come back (which we will not). There is a photo attached of the poor baby's ear missing. We are so upset!!!!!

Donna and crew are always so nice and will schedule to your needs. They're affordable and do a great job with the cuts, clean teeth and cut nails. I wish I could find a human spa that would do that for me. Until then my pups get all the pampering.

I had been going to them for years. Was satisfied then all of the sudden the owner takes my dog a labradoodle and she shaves him completely tail and all. Didn’t call me to say anything. When I got there to pick him up only said his tail was matted and sorry but had to do it. I had brushed his tail out before taking him. Even if it was matted still a call should have been done. Something like I can’t do much would you like me to shave or leave as is would have been appropriate. No regard for the fact that he was my dog. I take two dogs the other one done by the 2nd groomer was fine. I was shocked I didn’t say much other than I couldn’t believe it. Stay Away. Horrid customer service. I called to speak to her and didnt get a call me back. Good riddance

I brought my puppy here for the first time because we are moving and our previous groomer will be too far. I showed the first groomer a picture of what we wanted, then when I came to pick him up someone else was grooming him and most of the cut was shorter than I had asked, which isn't a big deal at all since she had not seen the pictures and they were very busy when I had dropped him off. Initially upon picking him up, the woman spoke to me in a very condescending tone. Unfortunately I am used to this due to looking very young and having a lot of tattoos but that doesn't make it okay, customer service could be worked on. What I did not like is that although my puppy has always been happy leaving the groomer, leaving Pikaso he had his paws wrapped around my neck and immediately fell asleep on the drive home. I had been told that "I need to teach my puppy 'down' because it was hard to groom him" So I am wondering what she did when he was not listening to her. he also had FOUR cuts on his paw pads. I do understand that if she was having trouble with him, she cannot anticipate his every move and cuts happen, but I really would have appreciated her saying something and letting me know this way I could keep them clean while they were healing.

Overall, although the cut was not exactly what I wanted, it looks good so I gave three stars. Because of the customer service we unfortunately will not return.

Pikaso pet spa did an excellent job with our Bruce and they handled his anxiety very well. Diane was very nice to work with, friendly and engaging.

Our neighborhood groomer! Great prices and I love that we can usually get our dogs in within the week if not sooner. Donna is a wonderful groomer. We were going to a much pricier groomer in Naperville with a not so flexible schedule before we found Pikaso in our own backyard and won't be going anywhere else!

I have been bringing my dogs here for the past 4 years, he loves getting dropped off and visiting the Spa. I trust Donna and her team to keep the fur baby safe. He's always came home smelling and feeling great!
