I took my wifes poodle to Pierre's because he had knots on his fur and needed to be groomed.i talked to the owner there and she was extremely nice and professional,she explained what my wife poodle was going to get bathed and show me pictures of other poodles hair cuts I picked one she said gave me a reasonable price so I left the dog and later in the day she called me to come pick up the poodle.when I got there I was amazed at how he looked I will most definitely keep this groomer.great price and great groomers.plus my wife loved how her poodle looked. Thank you for the great job on my wifes poodle 🙂👍

First let me say that my dog’s cut is not the issue, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of just one. I called earlier in the week to schedule my dog’s appointment for 8:30am Saturday. I asked if he would be ready by noon since I have to leave for out of town. The person on the phone said yes, he would be ready by then. When I arrived to drop my dog off I was told there was no appointment set. I assured the lady (the owner) that I did have an appointment and showed her my call log. She eventually found the appointment and said there were multiple dogs with my dog’s name (not sure why that makes a difference in locating my appointment). Anyway, she said there were 50 dogs that day so it would be a long time. I told her that the lady on the phone told me he’d be ready by noon. The owner said that was impossible and that if I wanted him sooner I’d have to pay an express fee. How is that fair!? After much back and forth and a huge attitude from the owner she agreed to take him right away with no fee. She called me back 40 minutes later saying he was ready. I appreciated that he was done quickly and he looked great, but we will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from the staff and the owner. Train your employees right so that you don’t have these issues. Don’t make promises you can’t or are unwilling to keep. And maybe don’t book 50 appointments in one day if you can’t keep up with the demand.

I’m honestly baffled by how this groomer is so highly recommended, as every experience I’ve had there has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. From the start, things felt unprofessional. The first time I called, a woman (the owner I presume) answered and, in a rude tone, informed me that I had reached her personal phone, not the business line, and that she couldn’t help me since it was Sunday. I understand everyone needs time off, but it’s not my fault if their business phone routes to personal numbers. Despite this rocky start, I decided to give them a chance based on recommendations, and made an appointment the following day.

When I dropped off my dog, I was shocked to learn there were already 30 dogs ahead of her, all walk-ins. Even with an appointment, she was stuck there for over 6 hours, and each interaction with the staff was unwelcoming at best. I was also told by an employee that, if I came in before noon Monday through Friday, I wouldn’t need an appointment. This seemed like a good solution, as it’s near impossible to get them to answer the phone. So, I tried a walk-in, arriving at 11:40, only to be told by the owner that I was too late and required an appointment. When I explained what the staff had previously told me, she literally laughed in my face and told me that was not the case and that I must have been told that by the wrong business.

The whole experience has given me a bad gut feeling about this place. Their policies are inconsistent, and the staff is, frankly, rude. Not to mention, it’s concerning that they reportedly had over 30 dogs ahead of mine with little space to accommodate them, raising serious questions about how those dogs are being managed while waiting for hours to be groomed. For a place with so many referrals, this groomer is shockingly disorganized and gives off sketchy vibes. They need to seriously reconsider their approach if they want to keep customers coming back. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback so other pet owners are aware of what they might encounter here.

We have been going here for some years. Not sure if there have been changes in management but, over the past 6 months their quality has significantly gone down. I picked up my dog earlier this week and was extremely disappointed to see he was cut at different lengths all over his body, his face was still dirty and has skin showing in some areas.

My dog had a 10am "appointment"; dropped off at 9:50 and was told he would be ready in 3-4 hours (at the latest). They didn't start grooming until almost 3pm. After my dog waited 5 hours to be groomed, they didn't give him the teddy bear haircut like I requested. He's still a cute dog, but I won't be returning. Prices are comparable to Petsmart for small dogs.

Chloe had never been groomed and she’s a 4 yr old Doberman mix. We got her back within a couple hours and she was so excited and soft and beautiful!!! Great job!
