Such a great positive reinforcement dog class. Phil really helped me work on timing, praise, rewards. I have had such fun feed back from others who took Phil’s pup camp. As a veterinarian, I am thankful to finally be in camp with our lab pup. It has been easy to recommend Phil’s pup camp to my clients. Thank you Phil. We will be back for more!

Great classes and also Phil is an awesome trainer. We used him for private training and also his puppy 101 class. We had the hard Job of training two litter mates and needed a professional. Phil’s methods adapt to you and your family’s needs. When we were struggling Phil even stopped by our house without even charging us. He is kind and patient. I’m sure we’ll have to contact him again in this journey.

We recently finished the obedience class and are very happy with the results. The class offered a great mix of learning and socialization in a safe and welcoming environment. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and always made sure to customize the training to fit each dog’s needs. We felt comfortable asking questions specific to our dog and saw a lot of progress over the eight weeks. We highly recommend these classes and look forward to signing up for more.

Once we adopted our rescue we knew we’d need quick training, and Phil’s Pup Camp was highly recommended on a local Facebook group. He was available immediately for a private in home session to work on some early behavior issues. We then took both the loose leash walking and basic obedience class. 2 months later, our dog is almost unrecognizable from day 1! Phil is a very knowledgeable trainer who gives you practical actions to take into every day life. The classes were a good pace and individualized even in a group setting. Phil is also just a great person. I highly recommend Phil’s Pup Camp!

Phil was very knowledgeable & patient. We learned a lot, and so did our puppy, Gus. He even met us a few weeks before the class to meet our puppy and talk to us a bit about what it means to raise a Great Dane from scratch. You can just tell that Phil cares about dogs being raised & trained with care. I love that. We will definitely do the next level of training with Phil.

I think my dog likes Phil better than me! He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a family issue come up and he helped me work around my new schedule. I learned a lot from him and so did my dog. We did Obedience 101 which was great but my dog struggled a bit to get along with classmates so we also did some private lessons which were really helpful!
