Great experience with Pettito finding our perfect fur baby. We’ve always somehow lucked into adopting, but after our last baby passed started looking and were frustrated with the process and decided to look for a breed that suits our lives best. That also became exhaustive. We were reluctant to go retail (known for using puppy mills) but called Pettito and they helped us locate exactly what we wanted and directed us to their Arlington store. We were very impressed with their breeders, how they keep the dogs, their knowledge and business practices to keep the dogs healthy. So much different than any other retail provider. We can hope with the perfect fur-addition to our family.

This was my first time purchasing a dog from a pet store but not my first time in a pet store. And this was hands down the best experience I have ever had from the door my daughter and I were greeted with such beautiful warming smiles. I then was approached by a sweetheart named Abby she was so knowledgeable and so impressionable. She was there to answer every question I had with such glee. Awesome customer service. And with her help we were able to find our new family member that the whole family loves. I absolutely recommend getting your new loved one from here you absolutely won’t regret it definitely a 10/10 experience. Great selection and an even greater experience. We just bought our little puppy. Ruben and the whole staff was very helpful and amazing at questions. They give the dogs with microchips and updated shot records and everything that you need. Thank you to much Ruben and to the staff for giving me and my family a new family member to take home

We came in while puppy shopping and was immediately greeted with a huge smile by Sheldon. We met the cutest little Corgi and got to play with him! Overall my wife and I had a fantastic experience and if you’re in the market I would highly recommend Pettito in Dallas!
