Had a great experience from the day that I walked in to tour the facility, dropping my cat off for boarding and picking him up. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was the first time my cat has ever boarded, he was nervous but I felt comfortable leaving him with Pet Suites, they sent me photos of him and updates during his stay. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn't have asked for a better facility to take care of my Pierre. He is happy, the staff treats him well, I get to check in on him with the live webcam, and staff is super friendly. He gets excited to come to his new "school". Wonderful facility. Thanks for taking care of my furbaby

i truly enjoyed bringing my fur baby there but it’s not then same since (DeAzha aka Dee) left & also hearing about what’s going on at other locations scares me and I’m also sad to know if I did bring my fur baby back & need DeAzha to pick her up since she lives close by, she can’t because MEGAN banned her for no reason at all. DeAzha is sweet kind and loves what she does. This breaks my heart knowing they treated her poorly.

I’ve trained dogs since 8yr old. I’ve always had Great Danes and Boxers. I’ve always had 2-3 at a time. I took each to group classes to start them for socialization. So I’ve worked with many trainers. I was extremely impressed with Bea’s knowledge, strategies and demeanor with the dogs. It especially felt the 15 minute meet the trainer was great for us all. It gave the time to just look around off lead and become comfortable with the environment before his classes begin. I’ve trained my own therapy dog to visit Shriners Hospital children, nursing homes, and hospitals. I’ve also trained my own full service dog. So I’m experienced and feel like Bea has a lot to offer and share! I’m very excited! This is my second service dog and I feel he will do very well with her techniques and in class experiences!

My fur baby no longer scared to go there after a few visits she feels comfortable. The groomers are so good at what they do. Definitely my fur baby looks nice afterwards. Thank you Petsuites Westheimer.

I have 2 boxers, and if you know boxers they are almost impossible to wear out. When my babies got home, they went straight to their beds and went to sleep. Never done that before, and I've had them since they were puppies. Really love the atmosphere and friendliness in the place. Definitely get a 10 out of 10

I loveddddd bringing my dog here to this location never any complaints but as of recent the place has not been the same since I no longer see DeAzha. Hearing about the petsuites mistreatment of pets at locations scare me to bring my dog back to this location for return without knowing an employee that enjoys working there wholeheartedly , always greets me with upmost respect and loved the dogs as if they were her own was being mistreated which makes me think how can the fur babies be treated fairly if employees are not ? I hate to speak publicly about employee mistreatment when this is regarding pet care but It breaks my heart knowing she was treated unfairly and banned from an establishment everybody loved her at. I will not be returning with my fur baby . I’m not sure why Megan feels this is suitable but it doesn’t sit right with me and doing business with crooked employers.

Madeline (long-haired cat) and I both had positive experiences at Pet Suites! Great grooming with a kind groomer and very reasonably priced. I am glad to discover this cat-grooming option.
