Love the friendly service and the communication they had providing updates, been able to have access to the cameras is definitely a plus. this was the first time I leave my puppy anywhere and I was no worry at all. Got a complete updated report after our check out with cute puctures🥰 This will definitely a place to go back to when we need a dog-sitter.

We love PetSuites for our little guy Capone! They always do such a great job with engaging enrichment/training sessions, the staff is super friendly and welcoming (they always recognize our guy upon arrival and greet him by name) and we adore the numerous paw-gress reports and photos! Ashley the groomer does a wonderful job and is happy to accommodate our requests to make our little guy fresh, clean and dapper! Capone is excited to arrive at PetSuites and we appreciate the new cameras so we can peek in on him throughout the day. When he can't travel with us, we know he'll be in good hands and enjoy his stay. Thank you PetSuites Spring Klein!

Went for bath, teeth brushing, special shampoo and furrator. Picked up.she was damp, smelled like wet dog and pee. Breathe was bad but she is a dog. I paid $106. This is ridiculous. I used to get her groomed here and never had this experience. I left a $10 tip before I got her back. Seriously...terrible. I had to bath her again. She's also still shedding bad.

The front desk was nice though.

I took my dog to PetSuites for a meeting with a trainer today and I came away with a much better understanding of how to train my dog in a positive manner. Selene, is an excellent trainer. I think she's a dog whisperer! I came away with new ideas and memories of her methods that will help me at home. My dog is a bird dog with lots of energy so Selene explained that he needs mental as well as physical stimulation. She showed me some examples of how to keep him mentally stimulated. I really had no idea what that meant. I am so grateful for Selene's help. I expect to return for more training after Cooper and I practice what we've learned so far.

PetSuites done a wonderful job of taking care of our furbaby when we went out town. The staff there is friendly and made sure she was very comfortable! This was her first time away from home and they made sure she was very comfortable and happy! I highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️!!!
