We love PetSuites in Schaumburg! Our dog, Dory, goes every week at least Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Dory gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot - showing us that she loves her time there as well! Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience, we had our cat here for around 3 weeks and it was the first time he didn’t lose weight and came back so healthy and in good spirits. Grateful for efficient communication and top quality service. Can’t recommend this enough!

We boarded our dogs for a couple of days while we were doing some home renovations. We decided to board them very last minute and the staff was quick to respond and get them in! We’ve boarded our dogs at another location before and they came back acting weird so we were slightly hesitant. After their visit to the Schaumburg site they came home completely normal (but very tired from playing!). Staff was super sweet when we picked them up. They said nice things about our pups and we got a couple pictures and their Pawgress reports. They took great care of our fur babies! We will definitely use their services in the future for our boarding needs!

Staff is friendly and thorough. I love that you are able to view your pet through the Webcam access. You get routine updates and staff is quick to reach out with any questions or concerns. I will definitely bring my dog back here. Rates are reasonable. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog.

It's a very clean environment. However, the groomer Monica does not listen well to the instructions given to groom your pup. She pretends to act as if she is writing down your grooming request. Overall, she does what she wants to do regardless of your special requests, and I do not like that. She is very sweet, friendly, and seems caring. I was too exhausted to argue with her when I picked up my pets lonly to see that she DID NOT follow my full instructions. She's does just an okay grooming job. However, she should listen ... listen and listen more and to double check her yellow sticky pad to ensure she does not shave a puppy face too low regardless of my request not to because it causes severe irritation, redness and scratching to their skin.

I normally would not have allowed a groomer to get away with this mishap. Again, I was too tired on that day to argue these facts.

I would recommend this location because their staff is friendly and professional. The groomer should listen more and take notes properly to ensure she doesn't miss important instructions given to her by the pet owner. My pup is crazily scratching unnecessarily because she does not listen well.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a new daycare for our precious Aussie! We rescued her when she was 10 months old from a family that kept her in a cage at all hours. We had a daycare she went to but we found out that they were mistreating her. We pulled her out a soon as we found out. Starting looking for a new daycare that would take care of our Aussie when we were at work and could not be with her. Then we heard of PetSuties! We told them our history that we’ve had with the daycare. And also our concerns of our Aussie’s, separation anxiety, trauma, and her history. They took our concerns and put us at ease and give us a tour of the facility and updates on her. I love how you have access to video footage once your pet is checked in and you can always check in on them. She is also in training with their trainer. She loves her trainer Diane and all the staff. A couple days into her going there we can tell That she felt safe and at ease. Thank you all PetSuties staff! We are so grateful for you! Our Aussie Elsa says thank you! 🐾♥️

We had Mona come in a couple Saturdays for daycare before we did overnight boarding since we were going out of town. Each stay went very well and our pup seemed to be very happy after her stay. During the overnight boarding we had access to cameras to check in on Mona, which really eased our worries since this was her first time away from home. We got daily photos of her playing and progress reports, which showed that the staff really got to know Mona and her personality. We really appreciated the staff taking care of Mona while we were away! We will definitely bring Mona back for daycare and for overnight stays in the future, as we felt confident she was in very good hands. Thank you to the staff of Petsuites!

We love PetSuites! Our fur babies are always happy and excited when they arrive. Our boys go for boarding and grooming and they are well taken care of while they are there. The groomers do a great job. I really like that you can text to check on the kids and they get back to you asap.
