I am very disappointed in my dog Vito's stay with Petsuites Naperville. We have previously boarded our dog in November and were very happy with his stay, but his recent stay broke my heart. After we picked Vito up and were on our way home we were shocked to discover his feet were covered in feces. We noticed spots of dried feces on his coat as well as his rear end, and it covered the back seat of my car. I am unsure when he was last let out to use the restroom as well because we had to pull over on our way home, and I was shocked to see he had diarrhea and we were not informed of this as Vito is a 12 year old dog on medication. I am very sad to see my elderly dog in this state, and am disappointed we were not informed of this during his stay. To their credit Petsuites did offer to groom him after it was brought to their attention, however I feel like this could have been caught and dealt with prior to him being returned to us.

Mikey’s experience was wonderful! I was very comforted being able to access his cameras to see in his room, which was great. Staff very friendly and he had human play time as he enjoys human company over canine. When he came home he was his happy self, no stress from not eating or restlessness. This will be my go to facility for Mikey. The staff listened took notes and followed my requests. I recommend Pet Suites, Mikey had a tv and bed in his suite. The tempered glass door is so much better than a wire cage for him. All these positives took away any anxiety an owner can have leaving their fur baby. Thank you to all the staff for such great care.

do NOT bring your dog to this daycare, they completely ignore rules and regulations that apply to a safe daycare for animals. they are understaffed and leave an outrageous amount of dogs on to one person. the photos in the reviews just show an example on the insignificant amount of room for dogs to even walk around. you’re better off taking your dog with you because you will not get what you pay for here.

I left my cat in the care of PetSuites Naperville and they took such great care of her! They ensured she had her special medications, food, water, etc. Communication was amazing and they even sent photos, see attached! I’m so grateful to find a place that takes such good care of my princess when I am traveling. Also, they ensured Lily had a window view. Thank you again! We will be back!

PetSuites of Naperville was wonderful. They took such good care of our cat (15 years old), and we paid for the daily progress reports, which were only $6 a day. We will definitely be using their services again! 😊

You have WAY too many dogs in one small room at once! The pictures and videos being posted online show the truth and I would never bring my babies here to be neglected. There is no way you’re able to care for or even watch out for that many fur babies at once. Insane. Avoid avoid avoid. Even the employees are telling people to avoid this place!

My crazy kitty is always well taken care of when in for boarding! She’s visited since a kitten and they always give photos and an update during her stays. The facility is always clean. They always give her a play session and let me know how she did. She has quite the personality but I know she is well cared for in their hands.

We have used Pet Suites Naperville for close to a year for boarding our 2 elderly dogs. The dogs are loved and cared during their stay so well!. They have had a few health issues pop up and the staff handled them perfectly and with care. I am grateful that I found them and will recommend them to anyone who needs boarding for their pet!
