recently left my precious pup in the care of PetSuites, and they exceeded all my expectations! The staff took amazing care of her, showing genuine kindness and attention. She was a bit shy and didn’t eat for the first two days because she missed me so much, but that’s only because we’re so deeply bonded. Despite that, they made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. The service was excellent across the board, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, PetSuites, for loving my pup like your own!

My dog loves this place, and I do too! They’re well -organized, kind, caring and an all-around great facility. I’m very nervous about leaving my dog with others but I’ve always felt comfortable that he will receive great care and lots of love. He sits by the door waiting to get in the car to ride to school, and can barely contain himself when we get there. Wonderful daycare!

The staff at the Sienna location are awesome. They make the experience of leaving your fur babies much easier. They are helpful and answer any and all questions you might have. My two Bosties (Gracie & Sophie) love it there as well.

I had to go out of the country for a wedding. Since getting him, we have never been apart for more than 10 hours. It was hard for me to leave him. I might have checked on him through the suite camera a time or two while I was gone. Like every hour and sometimes multiple times in an hour 😂. I looked forward to his daily Paw-gress reports. Teddy had a good vacation too! I can happily recommend PetSuites Missouri City. I am confident they will take good care of my fur-baby while I’m away.

Honestly, I used them really often when I needed to take my dog somewhere earlier than 7 AM and couldn't be home until later.
My dog is a lab and husky mix and is super friendly. As he has gotten older, he does correct young dogs who get too intense, but this has never been an issue at dog parks or day cares. It's usually a warning and telling them to chill. He has had mounting issues once or twice, but now that he's older this doesn't seem to be an issue. (He is a cut male).
That being said, I was notified two times in a row that my dog was removed from the play area for "targeting dogs". I know my dog, but I also know that sometimes dogs just don't get along with one dog in particular so I rushed up to get him and find out what happened. They said he was trying to play and the other dog didn't want to play. I said, "Okay, was he mounting?" "No."
"Was he biting?" "No." "
"Was he growling?" "No."
"Did he get aggressive?" "No."
"Did he do anything that would hurt another dog?" "No."
"I'm confused. What did he do that took him out of the play area?"
"He wanted to play. The other dog didn't want to play. He followed the dog around."
Me: "Have you met a dog before? They do that. The other dog would eventually correct my dog. That would be the end. I'm confused. He did nothing wrong except want to play?"
"Yes."
um.
I'm 100% on board with my dog being removed if he's being aggressive, but they confirmed this was not the case. They even said he wasn't being too excited. This was a lot of very young people that had not had dogs together for a long time and were making decisions based out of ignorance.
I decided to go local and started back at Texas Doggie Daycare since my schedule works with this place again. My dog has had ZERO issues the multiple times he has been. They even keep small and large dogs together, but Apollo has met probably 400 dogs in his life, and it's not an issue.
I liked PetSuites for a while, but the cost went up and the quality went down. I'll stay local.

I started bringing my pup Zoro to Petsuites when he was 3 months old to puppy preschool. I was scared at first because I was a new pet owner and never left him alone however, I wanted to make sure he was able to socialize and meet other pups. Fast forward, he is now almost 2 year’s old and still goes to Petsuites. He is a very energetic puppy and everyone makes him feel welcome. He is exhausted by the time he gets home 😂.

Update - his brother Sanji now goes to Petsuites and he enjoys it too.

Our pup often travels with us and also enjoys the best love & attention at PetSuites, Mo City when he ‘vacations’ locally. He plays with other pups for much of the day when boarding and all day when in day care. He comes home happy and not smelling like he needs an immediate bath, which they will also schedule! Caregivers say “Hi” at dog parks in the area and dote on him constantly. He is loved well and not crated for the day, which is a huge gift!!

I used to bring both my boys here for daycare and boarding. I loved how they were dedicated into taking care of the pets. I used to bring my dog Dulles here but he recently passed away and I was very happy to bring my Dulles here. I want to give this place 5 stars for taking such good care of my boys. My other one can’t come because he’s 18/12 years old and has his old dog problems but I still appreciate the work they did for him, letting him come for day boarding. Thank you all for the hard work and the dedication you did for those dogs.
Dulles is in heaven now and resting peacefully.
