I took my dog in to get groomed and not only did the groomer Patricia refuse to do the haircut that I requested (as short as possible since he's prone to matting) she left him long and scraggly with visible ridges all across his body. They had the audacity to charge me $61 for this haircut.

I cannot recommend this boarding facility enough! The staff is professional, attentive, and truly cares about the animals. Lindsey, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my pet felt safe and loved during their stay. She provided regular updates and made the whole experience stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and you can tell they prioritize the well-being of every pet. Thank you, Lindsey, and the entire team for taking such great care of my furry friend!

My dog had a very enjoyable stay. I was able to watch live videos of group play time and I saw that she was having a great time with the other dogs. They also kept me updated with progress reports. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend PetSuites McKinney.

Very welcoming, environment! Took my Corgi for grooming and it was easy to setup appointment. When arrived the groomer went over everything. Got a photo of my Corgi saying she is ready very quickly! She was so happy when I got her! Loved this experience and will return!

This is how our 8month old is every time after a day at PetSuites McKinney! She started going to their puppy daycare when she was 4 months old (we had taken advantage of their 30 days unlimited daycare for $99 and boy was it worth it!) she goes regularly once a week now and she loves it! She’s always pulling to get in, and super happy and tired when we pick her up. The staff is extremely kind and they do a great job on keeping an eye on the dogs and making sure they are all playing appropriately. I definitely recommend PetSuites if you are looking for a doggie daycare!

If you need a group of kind people you can trust to leave your dog with, this is the perfect place! We have had a lot of change in our lives the past few months and petsuites has been a constant for my puppy rooster and they have been so sweet and accommodating to every need roo has. He gets so excited to go in and play everyday he runs to the door! We love them!
