Our dog Bella loves going to Pet Suites, especially all day play with the other dogs. She goes directly to the car door in the morning and waits for me. All great signs she is looking forward to her day. She has been going to Pet suites for over a year, first for puppy day play. We love the staff and their focus on the care for the dogs and cats under their care.

We started training with Brent about two weeks ago.
We have seen quite a few positive changes in our dog’s behaviors since we've started training. The little tips and tricks that Brent gives us make such a difference in our day to day activities. It is so nice to have a baseline and expectations set for us to practice after each session, which made it a lot easier to know exactly what we needed to do to help reinforce and solidify the skills that she works on with Brent.
She seems to LOVE the training, and comes home absolutely exhausted which is great because she will take a nice little nap before our evening walk. Prior to training with Pet Suites, we had been struggling with training and I think that beginning sessions with Brent was just the push that we needed to keep our dog consistently engaged with us.
She loves to learn and it seems that she loves being there ! We also love how Brent chats with us when we come to pick her up and answers all of our questions thoughtfully.

Pet Suites, Lake In The Hills, is definitely doing so many things RIGHT! From the moment I tell my Spunky golden doodle where he is going for the day and until the moment we arrive, there is nothing but shear excitement and pure joy!!! He can’t wait to see his friends and the staff!

My cattle dog mix Pepper loves it here and we/she loves the trainer Brent. She just zones in when she is with him and he is full of excellent training advice and techniques. She plays and plays all day and comes home exhausted lol which is great.

If you are new and sign up for group play they offer a great package that is like 30 visits credits for $99 and after that about $33 a day for full day group play. You can also do overnight boarding and day group play so your dog isn’t bored in a kennel all day.

They offer webcams for free and pictures and checking for a fee. The staff are dog lovers who treat your pets like family. The Place is cool for Cats are cool too. Your pet will love it here. Yay Pepper!

This was our dogs 2nd time boarding at Pet Suites (LITH). He's usually not good around other dogs; however, he loves this place and has not had one issue while in group play. Pretty sure his dislike for other dogs is only when we are around. Loved the Paw-B-Que event. He was smiling from ear-to-ear when we picked him up, came home and has slept for 2 straight days!!! Can't stay awake from pure exhaustion.

I absolutely love Pet Suites! I started taking our new puppy when he turned 3 months old as I didn't want him crated all day when I was at work. He has the best time with his puppy friends, I get amazing 🐾Paw-gress reports each time he goes with pictures. I know he has the best time as he runs inside, wagging his little behind and all of the staff greet him with love and cuddles! He absolutely loves his time there and I am so much less stressed about him being at home all day. Pet Suites was one of the best decisions we ever made!

At the beginning of November, we left our dog with Pet Suites Lake in the Hills for 4 nights while we went on vacation. When picking her up on the last day, we immediately noticed welts and scabby material on her head and back, and asked them what happened. They said they didn’t have anything in their notes about it, but to take her to a vet and they would pay the bill if needed.

We took her to the vet, the hair was shaved away, and the wounds in the photos were able to be seen. The vet gave a formal report that diagnosed these as wounds caused by another dog. We shared the report to Pet Suites and asked that they investigate, and they said they would review their security tapes.

After numerous calls over multiple weeks, we finally were able to speak to a manager that said they reviewed the tapes and didn’t see anything that they thought would have resulted in the wounds. Their official stance was that it must have been caused by a chemical reaction from the veterinarian prescribed shampoo that we asked them to use for her bath. Not only had we used this shampoo for months prior and months after the visit without issue, but these injuries were in clusters on her back and head, not spread out evenly as shampoo would have been. We reminded them that the vet diagnosed these as attack wounds from another dog, not a chemical burn, but Pet Suites continued to say that since they didn’t see it happen, the bath is still the official explanation in their eyes. Since they agreed to pay our vet bill they felt the issue was done.

We understand “dogs will be dogs”, but this is more than rough housing. I told them I trust the veterinarians diagnosis over their explanation, and I appreciate them offering to pay the vet bill, but asked what have they done, or do they plan to do, to make us feel it is safe to ever bring our dog there again. Their response was that they stand by this being from the bath, and to avoid this in the future to simply not request the bath on the next stay. Unreal.

Needless to say, we will not be taking our dog there again. They either do not watch the dogs close enough to prevent this or at least document when something like this happens, or they knew of this and trying to protect themselves from liability. Either way, this is not a place we trust with a member of our family. After almost 3 months of messages taken and unreturned phone calls, they did finally reimburse us for the vet bill. Although they did the bare minimum, they showed no interest in taking further actions to try to correct or prevent this type of incident.

Pet suites Lake in the Hills is an amazing place to keep your pets, active and engaged! The staff are friendly, kind, and caring and you can really tell that your pets love being there! Any day that my pups go there they come home tired and happy. We can’t say enough great things about this location. We even drive an hour to get there! Their hours are fabulous And they are so patient and kind if I’m running a little behind ! Thank you, you pet suites. We are so lucky to have you and thankful every day!
