PetSuites of greenville saved us! After hurricane helene hit us causing a city wide power outage for days. Our normal boarding place was not accepting any dogs and we had a 7 day trip planned. We went to PetSuites and they accepted our dog even though they didn’t have power we were so thankful. The lady who welcomed us was so kind and patient even with the chaos going on from the hurricane.

During our dogs’ stay we received progress reports and could watch him on camera which put us at ease knowing he was in good hands while we were away. When their phone lines were dead and they had no power I had the option to text or message them on social media to get updates on how my dog was doing.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! When we picked him up we noticed the appropriate amount of food/greenies we sent with him had been given to him, he was generally clean (for rubbing against dogs all week), his fur wasn’t matted, he didn’t lose weight, and he seemed very happy and exhausted from playing! Also the staff upon checkout was so nice.

We haven’t always had that experience with other boarding facilities. For that we have decided to continue to come back to PetSuites.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness! I had looked at another pet boarding business and when I walked in it reeked of feces stench. I was able to examine the area where the cat “condos” are and it was pristine. The several employees I talked to during three visits were all helpful and kind. I would definitely use their cat boarding services whenever needed without hesitation!

What a great place!!!! We are new to PetSuites and my pups and I love it!! They are so excited when we pull into the parking lot and cannot wait to get out to get their day started with all the other pups and staff! The staff... wow!!! They have been amazing! They are all so nice, helpful, and friendly... even at 630AM!! A big thank you to the staff for taking great care of my sweet Layla and Jax!!! Our dog was truly happy as a hound with his second stay at this kennel, with its truly caring crew.

Our pooch ate and played so well, and soon after getting home, he napped so comfortably, so full of content — and free of stress, from which we also are spared with our dog staying at this perfect pet hotel.
