I had made a call early this morning and when I got there they had it ready for me. Staff members were all super nice and very helpful. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend getting your pet needs there. I will definitely be going there often

I am pleased to have a pet store so close to home. They offer a diverse range of products and the staff interaction has been excellent. The pricing is pretty similar to what I have spent at other pet supply stores in the area.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I'm not usually one to post a review but this place earned it. At pet smart in Oxford you can get 500 super worms for around $8 with tax and all this place charges $20 before tax for 200 that is ridiculous. They are taking advantage of the location situation because jacksonville is a small town also the dog treats, food, and toys are overly priced. I highly advise pet owners to continue to go to petsmart in Oxford so you don't get screwed over its a joke people.
