There really needs to be a 6 star option for this place when it comes to service.

Not only is this place conveniently located near my neighborhood, its employee service has to be some of the most stellar I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with.

I recently got my Rottweiler puppy and this business has made dog ownership way less stressful.

The Cost ~ The convenience ~ The Variety of Quality Products ~ The great staff

You should say dog wash is by "appointment only" on your website instead of waiting until someone is in the store to tell them.

This is by far the BEST pet store in all of Sacramento County. It's locally owned and has 2 stores in Elk Grove. They go out of their way to make sure you and your pet get exactly what you need, and they provide the BEST service!

I came here today to redeem the coupon that came with my cat's adoption papers expecting to only come home with a 2.5lb bag of catfood but Cheyenne(?) was extremely helpful and informative, getting me many other things that I was not aware of and they even offered to help me get all of it into my car!

I will definitely be a regular here after such a great experience! Their staff is super!
