I rescued my dog Harry 3 yrs ago this November and we have been going to Pets Love Us ever since! When I first got Harry he was not socialized and really scared of people. Ana and the team were so kind and great with Harry. They made me and Harry feel at ease and his fur ever since has always gotten compliments! Ana and the team have really helped Harry come out of his shell! Totally recommend! Plus they always give cute bandanas!

Boycotting this business. Our dog went for a normal grooming and ended up with busted blood vessel in his eye. Took him to the vet and there was trauma inflicted on our dog. Of course the groomers will deny anything against them. But you gotta have some serious psychological issues to hurt a 10 pound dog.. no longer bringing my dogs here.

Thank you! I had seen previous reviews and was a little skeptical but when I called and talked to them I felt relieved. Getting there the dogs were calm the vibe was relaxing and my puppy never cried or complained to stay. (He complained at another place). Picking up my pup was a good experience also and my fur baby was happy ! I definitely recommend this place! I also added a before and after lol. Thank you guys!

I brought my dog in (65-70lb runty boxer mutt) for a nail trim last weekend. Waiting area is fairly small but service was fast and friendly. These groomers seem to have a good handle on the dogs and their business. There were multiple other dogs in for other services, so the place was as noisy as you'd expect but if you're reading this then you probably wouldn't mind that much. Paid approx. $25 after service with no wait time and no appointment necessary, YMMV. There's a walking trail next door and a donut shop across Lambert if you get bored or can't stand the waiting room.

Yesterday was my first time at this place and I definitely recommend it! My yorkiepoo had a lot of hair with some stubborn knots but the groomer took the time needed and my dog was looking super cute and smelling so fresh! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I found a new place I can trust my dogs with ?

They did such a good job on my dog. ? He was happy when I picked him up and I loved his new look. First time here but would definitely recommend. I went for the express service and his groomer Michelle took good care of him.
