Love the vaccination clinique! Quick and easy, check in and payment process was well organized. Note that you do need to pre-register on their website the day before! My dog doesn’t love going to the vet, but both technicians were super patient and accommodating. Strongly recommend making a donation while you’re there if you can!

We had the most incredible experience with Pets In Need in Palo Alto. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt completely welcomed and supported. We had originally seen our dog—then named Batman—online and instantly felt drawn to him. When we came in to meet him, the staff could not have been kinder. They introduced us to him right away, walked us through everything we needed to know, and made the entire process feel easy, thoughtful, and full of heart. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and it was so clear that every animal there is deeply cared for. You can truly feel how much the staff loves what they do, it shows in every interaction and in how well the animals are treated. We renamed Batman to Cane, and he has been the absolute perfect fit for our home. He’s sweet, funny, and such a good boy—it’s hard to believe he hasn’t been with us forever. We honestly couldn’t imagine adopting from anywhere else. We are so grateful to Pets In Need for helping us find our new best friend and for giving him such a loving start. 🖤🐾

I had a great experience with my little puppy. They helped me get all his vaccinations at a super low price on a Wednesday—as a courtesy from them. The staff is super friendly and attentive.

Last August, my boyfriend and I adopted Diego, who we call Dio. The adoption process was simple, thorough, and the staff were amazing. Dio was aggressive towards other dogs when we got him, but now he’s a big teddybear at the dog park and we couldn’t be happier. Great place I would recommend to anyone looking to adopt a dog or cat!

The staff here are all kind and knowledgeable, and the volunteers are genuinely caring towards the animals. The foster program is pretty amazing as well. I'm fostering a cat right now that is available for adoption! Look at her!
