What an incredible pet store. They seem to have everyrhing for your four legged members (Dogs/Cats) of the family. Great staff a authentic interest/care for your dogs and cats. Prices are reasonable and they have from economical prices to high end. We dropped by with our four legged Cosmo.

Also it's a nice area outside the store as well to walk around and shop or grab a bite to eat. It reminds me of a hallmark movie town for those who watch the hallmark channel. 🙂

Amazing pet shop! We visited to find a new harness for our pup. We have had trouble finding a proper size for him and saw the variety of products from the shop window.

We were welcomed into the shop and had the best help finding the right shape and sized harness. The staff took their time helping us and were so incredible! The prices were fantastic and we highly recommend this shop for all pet needs.

I absolutely love Petport. The owner Holly is and has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with anything I need for my dogs. It has a stockpiled inventory with everything you could imagine and if she doesn’t have some thing, she will special order it for you.
She also gave me a lot of very helpful advice on how to deal with my rescue dogs anxiety issues. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful. I consider myself very lucky to live near such a great store for all my dogs needs!!

I’m not a pet person, but I do have tons of friends & family who are. I love going to PetPort for gifts & treats to bring to them when I visit - I don’t think there is a pet owner in the world who isn’t over-over-the-moon when given a gift for their baby. PetPort has a fabulous selection of fun pet clothes, play toys & colorful leashes to choose from; I especially love the pet life jackets since we are a boating town! PetPort also has a huge array of nutritious food items & pet treats to choose from, including snacks that almost look good enough to be people food! Being a non-pet owner & definitely needing help, I love it that Holly & her staff are always so helpful & friendly. Holly’s extensive knowledge of animals & their their health is amazing; it’s so obvious that this is her passion & that she has truly found her calling. Kudos to Holly, her staff & PetPort!

I feel as if there are way too many excellent experiences to single out, so I will just share this.
When you enter PetPort, you are stepping back in time. To a time when customer service was the most important thing for a business. Not just to stay in business, but because it was the right thing to do. Long before online ordering and deliver-to-your-door became the main mode of doing business, there was good old fashion person to person contact, and great service. I consider them one of the pillars of our beautiful community. Not only do they get all the best products for my precious fur babies, they infuse my spirit with kindness.
