We just picked up our little cavapoo, Birdie, from Petland Katy. The staff is well informed and helpful in answering our questions. The team is very careful with their little puppies had us wait a couple days until our little one gained and maintained another ounce. They also do a thorough vetting process of their breeders which helped us to get comfortable going this route. It was a good experience and they had a lot of super cute puppies and personalities to choose from.

The staff were amazing! Sarah tried what she could to help my sister get a sweet puppy, it just didn't work out, unfortunately. But Sarah offered some comfort in her busyness. Thanks Sarah! They have good treats as well!

Never buying a dog from petland ever again. I love our sweet puppy that we got however I had to take him to the emergency vet the next day because he started to poop blood And throw up. Turns out he has worms. I feel for the price that I paid they should definitely do exams before releasing pets. Vet said most likely, the other puppies that were in the same cage as the one I got are most likely Carrying The same worms as well.

Clarity and integrity are everything before I visit the actual business. I was researching places to buy a puppy. Went to Petland's website and wondered why there were no prices on the puppies? Until I read the reviews, now I know! People need to understand why places like this do not establish prices for people to see beforehand!

This is the best service I’ve ever received in my life. I got my miniature schnauzer and I’ve secure a new companion. Bought a puppy and first of all the price for our maltipoo was insane. We saw her two times in person before we decided to buy her and she seemed playful and vibrant like any other dog. The day we got her right when we took her home is when the cough started. They send us the “their vet” they recommend and basically say it’s allergies and give us a cough suppressant which didn’t work. We come back two weeks later after while her cough as progressed they took X-rays and show us nothing is wrong and the cough will go away. He gave us a steroid to use only if she needs it. If she needs it? Her cough is clearly not going away and they show us fake X-rays. We then want to get a second opinion and go to a vet in Rosenberg and you wouldn’t believe the vet we saw in Katy paired with petland WAS IN ROSENBERG VET CLINIC!! Come to find he’s bought this other vet out and is continuing to scam other people!! We go into the Rosenberg vet and found it odd they didn’t ask for our dogs paper work etc.. weird things that didn’t add up. Well the chief of staff from petlands vet was there and again did nothing barely even looked at her and sent us home with NOTHING. He insisted the cough would go away when clearly she coughing up clear liquid and obviously isn’t feeling good. We take her to a different vet and they say she has an upper respiratory problem in her left lung and trachea which the other vet refused to diagnose (So petlands guarantee would pass and they wouldn’t be responsible) even when she’s had this cough SINCE WE GOT HER!
