We love our bunny and the great care and attention they give to their pets. I’ve called several times for some info on vaccine records or when it’s a good time to get their nails clipped. I can’t even tell you how nice this experience was! The place was so nicely kept and you could tell their animals were loved and cared for. This one young lady who worked there was so nice to my kids and answered all their questions. She even let them hold several different animals, she was a very nice person and definitely should be recognized for being so kind and patient.

Andrew was super helpful, informational and caring, a staff that truly cares about pets and their needs. Super helpful and genuine with all of my questions and made sure we had a good experience with our purchase of a guinea pig. Highly recommend to any new or existing pet owners.

They have the cutest animals my daughter loves the ferrets bunny’s and birds there. And we also got some ferrets of ares I hate the smell but it is what it is she still loves visiting the ferrets there we also have a cat and on of the bunny’s looks like her hoping to go back there soon

You have good free parking here. This complex is very big. Inside you can spend 2 hours, if you pet lover you can visit this place.

i never write reviews, but my experience here has quite honestly shook me to my core. this place is a TERRIBLE place for small animals. it’s a literal free for all where anyone can grab and pick up a guinea pig, bunny, bird, etc. with no restrictions. i saw many animals being picked up and handled very roughly and the employees didn’t even reprimand these individuals. many children were also there taking guinea pigs out of their hideys when they were clearly in distress. the parents didn’t even tell their kids to handle them gently which should’ve been the employee’s job, but they clearly have no knowledge of small animals whatsoever. if they did, they’d know that guinea pigs have fragile backs and should not be picked up and dragged by their hind legs. that’s exactly how paralysis can occur in a piggie. if they were educated they would also know that they’re prey animals and should not be handled every second of every day by humans. not to mention the subpar enclosures they had for these animals. although they are “small” they need a ton of space and there were three piggies and/or bunnies in one tiny enclosure. they literally had one person manning the entire small animal enclosure area with another individual just standing off on the side with an ear piece in pretending like they were doing something. i’m honestly shocked, traumatized, and disappointed in the treatment of these animals. this place should honestly get shut down, but please get educated and fix your system. would give a negative review if i could, this was atrocious and absolute chaos, do better.

The kids and I love coming here. Although there are no more puppies, there are plenty of birds, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, and chinchillas. The aquarium side is so beautifully set up too! You almost walk through like an "underwater cave" to get from one side to the other. Very cool place to check out.

This is a wonderful place. My husband and I were deciding between adopting another furball or another feathery friend.. a red factor conure stole our hearts almost immediately and shortly after Erin came over and assisted us. It was our first time here and she made the experience great. This place is great because the pets are in open spaces so they are socialized well! The animals are happy to interact with people and are happier than other places who keep their pets isolated behind glass and away from each other and visitors.
I have been to many pet stores and have been to specific bird places.. this one takes the cake. (I’ve never had such a happy bird so quickly!)
I overheard staff (namely Eric and Manager Victoria) advising people on pets that are appropriate given living situations and experience levels - they REALLY care about the animals and finding a good fit for people (to avoid having a return situation).
Most places don’t care and just sell an animal without a thought or any questions - here they will speak with you to figure out what’s the best fit for you and for the animal. (Please don’t be offended or go somewhere else because they advise you against what you want - they know what’s best here.)
I really enjoyed being able to interact with multiple different pets and being introduced to some of the larger parrots they had.
The staff also know everything about each animal. This place cares and these animals are in good hands.
My husband and I found our forever go-to-place!

Side note: could possibly be pricey for birds/animals but they’re the most SOCIALIZED pets you’ll come to find from a store - it’s 100% worth every penny.
